There was blood all around him. Sasuke didn't understand why. He couldn't remember anything. He looked around for his teammates and found Naruto staring at him, his eyes wide and full of confusion. What the hell was going on? Suddenly Naruto was looking at the ground. Sasuke couldn't understand why he looked so horrified. Then he saw.
She was lying there, covered in blood. Sakura. He didn't understand. A wave of nausea came over him. He fell to his knees in front of her, reaching out to turn her over. That was when he noticed the red covering his hand.
"Why…?" he barely heard the question. He squeezed his eyes shut as he felt them begin to sting.
Suddenly he was being pulled to his feet. He felt Naruto grab his shirt, demanding answers he didn't have. He couldn't remember anything.
Naruto shoved him out of the way and went to Sakura, yelling for her. His only reply was silence.
It took all of Sasuke's strength to stay standing.
Short, I know. Just a little something I came up with in like, ten minutes.
