This is basically just a description of Annabeth and me wondering why I can rarely see the whole character, only parts of them.
I See Her
I see her,
She has grey eyes.
I see her,
She has blonde hair.
I see her,
She is tan.
I see her,
She is tall.
I see her,
Her tanned hand gripping
The hilt of her bronze knife.
I see her,
Her left hand pulling out
A baseball cap.
I see her,
Her eyes like steel;
Unyielding, calculating,
Almost cold.
So why do I never see
A tall, tan, athletic girl
With blonde hair and intelligent grey eyes,
One hand ready to unsheathe her weapon,
Another readying a tool?
Why do I never see her whole,
Yet I see parts of her?
I see her.
