So, I decided to make this into a series. Level-E, Failure & Useless, Level-E has already been done & now so has failure. I decided to make them about Zero's flaws, I may just make one called relief to, for the finale where Zero finally gets happiness
Failure
Zero was locked in his room, a blade at his wrist, his arms had way too many cuts on them, some old, some new. He had been in there for two months, not speaking to anyone, his uniform drenched in blood, his hunger driving him into insanity.
"Zero!" Yuki shouted "When are you going to come out of there?"
Zero wanted to bite Yuki so badly to taste her delicous blood, her standing on the other side of the door made his senses go wild, he raked his nails down his kneck. Hard. Blood poured out of his wounds
Yuki knocked on the door "Zero, please" Yuki begged "You can't stay in there forever" After an hour of silence between the two Yuki ran off, crying
Zero cut his wrist deeply with the sharp blade that was already stained with his blood, the deeper he cut the better it was for Zero, the crimson liquid soaked his wrists as he let out a small moan, why it felt so good was beyond his imagination, the only reason he was doing this was because he had thought of how much a failure he was, how useless he was to this world, how he was just going to end up a Level-E
Kaname growled as Yuki finally asked for his help.
Kaname kicked down Zero's door, finding Zero barely alive on the blood soaked bed sheets. Zero was a deathly pale, he was as skinny as a lampost, nearlly all of his bones were showing, he was soaked in his own Crimson blood. Kaname gasped "Zero!" He ran over, checking for a pulse, it was hardly even there "Phone an ambulance!" Kaname shouted
"Okay!" Yuki shouted, concern in her voice, why Zero? Why?
Once Zero's fangirls (A/N He does have fangirls in the actual anime) found he was in hospital his room was flooded with gifts, cards & chocolates
Yuki & Kaname battled to stay by his side, but why Kaname? He hated Zero but now he wanted to hold him protectivily in his arms
Yuki finally gave in when Cross or 'daddy' as he liked to call himself dragged her home.
Kaname kissed Zero's forehead lightly, he couldn't help it, he wanted to touch him, kiss him & hug him but the doctors had told then that it's a 1 out of a hundred chance that he'll wake up, that he'll live, that Kaname will see those beautiful lilac eyes that seemed to now drive him crazy even just thinking about them.
Kaname crawled into the bed with Zero, he could feel blood on the bed, Zero hadn't stopped bleeding, his damage to himself was fatal, tears fell from Kaname's eyes "Zero...Why?"
...Failure...
Zero's eyes slowly opened. His attempt to take his life had failed, he fell into darkness once again, he heard his name being shouted, by...Kaname?
Why?
Zero was nothing to everyone, he was a failure, something that would never succeed but Kaname seemed to want him to stay
I want to stay...
Zero now wanted to stay with Kaname, hug him & love him but darkness over took him, his breathing had been cut off, pain rising, he wanted to scream but he couldn't, now not being able to live was his only failure
...Kaname...
Zero wanted to call out that name so badly but his name was the only one being shouted.
End.
