Onua couldn't take it anymore!
He hated seeing him like this.
Pohatu I mean.
The small Toa of rock was curled up in front of the door to the hut, tears streaming down his cheeks.
He was smiling.
Onua sighed. "Pohatu, come to bed now, its late."
Pohatu shook his head, and said the words he'd been saying for the past 3 days.
"Cant. Im waiting for Kopaka."
Gali, who was sitting near Tahu, burst out crying. Tahu hugged her trying to calm her down.
"Phoatu," Said Onua, his voice shaking," You know what happened to Kopaka."
The brown Toa's eyes never left the door.
"I know. And soon he will come through the door, and Ill be waiting for him."
Onua made a choking sound not able to stand it any longer.
"We lost him." He whispred to Gali and Tahu before going into the other room with a sobbing Lewa and Taka.
"Oh, Pohatu," Gali mumbled, biting her lip, "Please get up honey. Please."
Still, Pohatu didn't move.
"Cant. Waiting for Kopaka."
Tahu growled stomping over to him.
Ignoring Gali's crys, Tahu took a firm hold of Pohatu's shoulders and shook him.
"Phatau. Kopaka is dead okay? He's dead. And he's not coming back." Tahu's own tears were spilling now, and he didn't even care to hide it. He lost one brother and now he was loosing another.
To madness.
"Kopaka is dead!"
Slowly, Tahu stood backing away, crying to hard to talk anymore.
He just wanted to see Pohatu. To hear what he would say. Hopefully, he would be alright.
But Pohatu said nothing turning his head.
"Pohatau!" Tahu cried, no longer able to stand it. "Pohatu! What are you doing?"
Not even blinking the Toa of Stone mumbled,
"Waiting for Kopaka."

Pohatu stepped into the light looking around.
He herd a voice call to him.
A white figure stood before him, motioning to come near.
Pohatu smiled.
Kopaka finally came.
