I wrote this for my Honors English at the beginning of last school year, so apologies for the bad grammar/spelling. I added a bit more too because it was really short! I based it off of the Brick and Blossom but you can take it as anyone you really want to, so enjoy.

Disclaimer- I own nothing but the plot and I think the first sentence.

The boy with the fair hair lowered himself down the last few feet of rock came began, and they did not cut the scarred earth. He turned around and saw a girl staring at him with a weird look on her face. He wondered what she was staring at, but then he noticed he was staring at her. He noticed how she was the most beautiful girl he has ever seen, yet this girl was familiar. Then he remembered who she was. This is the girl he loved, but she died before he could ever get the chance to tell her.

She was a ghost. He was wondering why she was here in the middle of the forest next to a rock staring at him. She said nothing, and he didn't either. 'Of course she wouldn't say anything she's a ghost!' he thought. But in reality she was trying to repay a favor to him. Sure she was a ghost, but she had to do this for him, for her. She had to tell him. She didn't know how to though.

She managed to say something, "I have known you for awhile. I thought that you would tell me. But you never did. The problem is I have no idea how to tell you this. I don't even know if I can say it out loud. It's worth a shot right? But first I have to tell you that I will always be here for you, even if you can see me. I'm staling aren't I? I'm going to it now. I love you."

She was fading away now. "Wait!" he screamed "I love you too." He said in just a whisper. He walked away from where he stood to where she once stood. He looked bewildered. He soon started to walk home to his brothers.

He soon reached home and went straight to his room. There was a knock on his door followed by his two brothers. "Hey, man. How was the rock climbing?" One asked.

"Oh fine." He said.

"Dude, what happened?" The second brother asked.

"Nothing." He replied a little too fast.

"We have known you for almost twenty-seven years. I think we know when something is up with our own brother." The first brother said.

"Fine, I will tell you, if you promise not to tell anybody." He said aggravated, but nonetheless his brothers agreed, "Well, I saw her." He said, his brothers knew exactly who but decided to play dumb.

"Who is her?" the first brother asked.

"You know who she is." He said.

"Oh dear brother, you might have to tell us a little bit about her." The second brother said.

"Very well, she is independent, but yet lonely, she is strong yet weak. She is beautiful inside and out. Her eyes are the brightest color I have ever seen." He said.

"OH! Her, what did she say?" the second brother said, being stupid.

"She is dead, idiot." He said.

"Then how did you talk to her?" the first brother said.

"Her ghost visited me." He said.

"Oh, well then what did her ghost say?" the first brother asked.

"She told me she loved me." He said

"What no way? Did you say anything back?" the second brother asked.

"No, she disappeared." He said.

"Tough break man." And with that his brother left him to think about his day.

So what did you guys think? Not as long as some of the chapters I write but hey, it was worth a shot! Please review! Reviews are like Christmas!
