Prolouge

I can remember when I first saw him.

His square glasses sitting on his nose as he glanced at the gamers guide to some unknown game to me.

A grin plastered on the young boys face as he scanned the pages of the book eagerly.

He was sitting on the ground. All by himself. With his backpack sitting on the ground next to him. The design was an old-school Pac-Man running around on the black background.

All I could do was just grin. He was the cutest kid I'd seen. Also the geekiest.

I watched as he turned to me and I was met with sparkling sage color behind the frames of his glasses. He watched me for a moment before turning his head back to his book.

I just watched. Watching him read, chuckle every couple of pages. And then I watched him walk away. And I couldn't help but follow.

Yes, no?

This story is completely dedicated to Starrynytex because without her awesome stories, I wouldn't have had any inspiration for this story.

So thanks, Starry!

I can only hope to be as good as you in my writing.
