"Redemption"
His head rolls to the side like a drunkard, and it's horrible to watch. Anna's thankful she can't see Ren in all his pitiful glory, bleeding hand and all. She could feel Ren's breath on her shoulder as she tries to drag the taller teen to the bathroom. It barely grazes her skin, but it still makes her shudder.
She gracelessly props Ren against the wall and rummages through the first aid kit, not forgetting to tell him what an idiot he is. Ren groans and opens his eyes, then closes them again, flinching. Light is painful for now. But it's his entire fault. He'd have to deal with it, like Anna has to deal with Ren right now.
She dabs a towel on Ren's bloodied arms. I hope you remember how this feels, Anna tells him with a disapproving and hushed tone. Sins can't be washed off with more blood.
Ren would have smiled if he didn't fall asleep.
-Ren has issues. Go figure.-
