Chapter 1

It's been a hundred years since I was born. Ninety-eight years since we've moved away from Forks and now were moving back. Why do we have to go back? That's the question I keep asking everyone, but I keep getting told it's the safest place for us right now.

I'm as old as my mom in vampire years. No, not really. I'm half-human and half-vampire. I have a heart beat still, but I thirst for blood. There's more to my strange-ness. The truth is that I have fallen head-over-heels for my mom's best friend, Jacob Black. He's a shape shifter that imprinted on me when I was first born. He's the reason I don't want to go back. Sixty years ago there was a rumor that he was killed by a nomadic vampire. So I really haven't wanted to go back there.

"Renesmee! Watch where your going!" Bella shouted at me. My mother broke through my thoughts, just in tie for me to realize that I was about to run into a tree. Which I did.

Jasper, Rosalie, Edward, and Emmet all bursted laughing at me. Alice and Bella helped me up and Carlisle made sure I didn't hurt myself too badly. "Hey, what did that tree do to you?" Emmet said.

I started to get really annoyed. Then I started feeling calm all of the suddenly. I look to the side where Alice should have been and Jasper was standing there. Jasper and Alice got in a real big fight a couple decades ago and haven't together since then. Recently, Jasper and I have been dating, but Alice doesn't mind, she usually gets a little hostile when he's around though.

Carlisle said, "Come on guys! We're almost there. We have one last river to cross. All of the rooms should be already made."

Everyone started running again. Edward kept his pace with mine, "Don't worry about him… He wouldn't want you to be sad."

Alice smirked, "She'l be so happy soon."

Edwards face turned very grave. He got really angry.

Renesmee, we're…" Bella broke off. She was starring at soething. Edward, Jasper, Emmet, and Carlisle moved in front of mme. On my left side was Bella and Esme, and on my right Rosalie and Alice.

All the guys were growling at something. I sent images to Bella and Rosalie asking what's wrong. Bella started crying and Rosalie stared growling.

"I just want to see her." The familiar voice said calmly. This voice sent a ping of pain in my heart and I got scared Then I felt calm all of the suddenly. Jasper had just ade me feel calm even though he was so angry.

"She's no longer your's to see!" Jasper snapped. You could hear the ephisis on 'no longer your's'. I was so confused.

"Bella, please let me see her all grown up. I miss her." The voice was pleading. I wasn't all grown up. I still looked like I was thirteen.

Bella shook her head, "You hurt her already. Just leave already. She doesn't want to see you. She's tired of you."

I had it. I wanted to know who it was that they were talking to. The voice sounded really depressed. I took a step forward and took my hands from Rosalie and Bella. I put my hands on Edward's and Jasper's shoulders. I sent the images of what I wanted to Jasper.

Edward and Jasper shook their head's no. "I don't care! I want to know who it is!" I got mad. I pushed Edward and Jasper out of the way.

In front of me was the guy I thought was dead. "Hey Nessie!" Jacob said excitedly. My head started feeling light. Then everything went black.
