If only she hadn't come.

Disclaimer: I don't own Passions. If I owned it, why would I be uploading
this on FAN Fiction? And why would I write a disclaimer? 'Nough said.
A/N: I wrote this story from Kays' POV (obviously) about her losing Miguel
to Charity. It's not that great... I'm working on a better Pocket Monster Fic
right now... Happy New Year and Happy Reading!
If only she hadn't come.
If only she hadn't come into my life, I would be with the boy of my dreams,
and we would be happy together.
I sit across the kitchen table from her and Miguel. It is the most I can do
not to reach across and strangle her scrawny neck with my bare hands as I
watch them share a kiss. God, I would do anything to be the one with Miguel
right now.
What does he see in her anyway? Is it her sticky sweet goodness? Is it her
incessant fragileness and neediness that draws him to her? Or is it her hair?
She's just another blonde... She could never make him as happy as I could
have. But then I guess I'll never know, now that this little brat is living
in my house.
I leave the kitchen and slip upstairs to the bedroom I share with my obnoxious
little sister. Hecuba is there. Damn her. Damn Charity. Damn Miguel for
choosing Charity over me. Damn everyone in Harmony.
"I want my soul back." I say quietly. Hecuba laughs evilly at me.
"Dear Kay," she laughs some more. God, if I ever hear that laugh again, I
think I'll go insane. "In time dear, you'll get your soul back," There is a
puff of smoke lingering in the air where she was a second ago, and the witch
is gone.
With a sigh, I go back downstairs. The kitchen is empty, and I look out the
window and see him pushing her on the swing he made for her. It should've
been me he made that for. If only she hadn't come.
The phony smile pasted upon her face makes me want to hurl. How dare she show
up and ruin my life like this? I've loved Miguel for as long as I can remember.
She has no right to just show up and take him from me, right in front of me
too.
If only she hadn't come.
