Just a quick little story that takes place in Traverse Town! The story is a little different compared to the game (Kingdom Hearts DDD). There is a little change in the plot. I was laughing so hard as Shiki flirts with Riku! So I thought of what Neku's reaction would be like if he was there with them! xD
Riku and Shiki walked through Traverse Town side by side. On the other hand, Neku was right behind them. Just minding his own business. Riku just saved Shiki from the dream eaters. Shiki hugged Mr. Mew as they walked. "Seriously... thanks! I'm.. Shiki! How about you?" Riku stopped in his tracks and turned around to face Shiki. "I'm Riku." Neku hid his face behind his collar and took a glimpse at them every so often. "Thanks Riku!" Shiki said and smiled. "Sure." Then Riku turned back around and continued walking without Shiki. "H-Hey! That's it?! You chat up a girl and then just say 'sure' and walk off?!" Shiki said furiously. Neku looked at the commotion going on and started listening. "I'm bad at this. Sorry." Riku said turning back to Shiki. "Look, it's not safe here. You should go home." Riku explained to her. Shiki held up Mr. Mew above her "If it's dangerous, how can you just leave me here? Aren't you my knight in shining armor?" Shiki looked at Riku and winked as she did. "Kn-knight?! You got the wrong idea!" Neku gasped at what Shiki had said. "Sh-Shiki?! What do you mean by KNIGHT?! I'M SUPPOSE TO BE YOUR KNIGHT. NOT HIM." But Neku kept his cool and kept on listening while he stood there. "Omigosh.. I was so just kidding..." Shiki said looking away "Do you get out much?" Shiki tried to look at Riku's expression. Neku couldn't hold it any longer. "SHIKI! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?! HE'S NOT YOUR KNIGHT! I AM!" Shiki turned around and looked at Neku. She had totally forgot about him while he stood behind her. Shiki blushed and waved her hands and said "N-Neku!? How long have you been standing there?!" She thought about Neku's outburst. "Y-you're my knight?" Neku put his face into his collar and hid his face behind his frindged cut bangs. "I just don't want HIM being YOUR knight. Wait.. am I... am I feeling... JEALOUS?! FOR THAT LOSER?! This can't be happening.." Shiki smiled and turned to look at Riku who had his back turned on her. "Well good thing we met Riku!" Riku started walking "Yeah.. GREAT..." Shiki giggled as Neku did a fake cough to get her attention. "I can't believe you actually LIKE this guy.." Neku said in a cold tone. "Well.." Shiki started "He DOES kind of remind me of you.." Neku widened his eyes "WHAT? How does that LOSER remind you of ME?" Neku said crossing his arms. "Neku! Don't be rude! He's not a loser either! I mean, just look at him!" Shiki pointed to Riku as he walked further and further away. "I see NOTHING in him Shiki." Neku said growling. But he twitched a little as Shiki started poking at his arms. "H-Hey! Stop that!" Shiki inspected Neku's arms, then she looked over at Riku's. "You need to work out.." Neku rolled his eyes "Pfft... I don't waste my time trying to get chunky and pointless human meat. Why do you care anyways?" "Well look at Riku's!" Neku started plucking at the tips of his orange and spikey hair. "Riku this. Riku that." Shiki could see the jealousy in Neku heating up and giggled at him. "But I still like you the way you are... Even though you aren't the shiniest piece of heavy metal armor, But you will always be MY knight." Shiki took Neku's hand and ran to catch up with Riku as they explored around Traverse Town to find their way back home.
