Deidara steps out of his car. He's here.

The smell of disinfectant wafts to him, even outside the building. It's a step outside his comfort zone, and he must admit it puts him on edge, it's so drastically different than what he usually smells.

He clenches his fist on the vase he's carrying and tries to keep from looking around him. He knows he is being followed, he must be being followed, and it's a great hindrance for him to not look suspicious.

There is a click as the car locks. Deidara looks it up and down.

He heads for the front door.

The air inside is not as clean as he thought it would be, only slightly more than the outside. He wrinkles his nose and the door closes behind him.

He looks down at the vase. Hanging out of it are a few origami flowers.

It was a trick he picked up in college, from a friend of his. Before she dyed her hair she was very into origami and stuff like that, and from watching over her shoulder he'd picked up a few things.

They're pitiful looking things, he knows. It's the paper they're folded from that's the real prize. High grade paper bombs. After all, pyrotechnics has always been his thing, even before they started landing each other in jail, and even before his partner'd landed himself in the hospital.

He frowns at the memories and walks to the front desk, preparing to flash his id. The room he needs to go to has tight security, both to prevent certain people from getting in and from getting out.

The girl at the desk has her haired dyed pink. Deidara smiles at her and she tilts her head up to ask if she can help.

He takes a final look at the flowers. He can back out right now, turn around and leave. It would elicit some stares, he knows, but what's a criminal if he can't handle a few weird looks? He doesn't have to bail this guy out, and if he leaves he won't have to ever again.

The guy's been using him, all this time, anyway. He knows it.

Sighing, he places his id on the counter.

"I'm here to see Akasuna no Sasori," he says.
