Drunken Revelations

Drunken Revelations

"I wuv you Wose"

Rose threw the drunken Timelord on the floor in shock. "What?" she asked faintly. He rubbed his head that he's banged on the floor and sat up. Grinning at her he said, "I wuv you"

She stared at him. 'He's drunk' she thought. She kept telling herself that even as she helped him up and steered him in the direction of his room. He would never say all this if he wasn't drunk. The Doctor didn't do relationships. He'd told her that.

So even if she loved him with all her heart, she'd never be able to tell him because she knew he'd never feel the same way. Feeling sad, she pulled along the corridor.

He stopped suddenly, pulling her back. "What's wrong?" she asked looking at him with concern. He grimaced and said, "Everything's spinning fast" Rose knew what was going to come next. She looked around and wished for a toilet. A door that hadn't been there appeared and she pulled him towards it.

Ten minutes later, the Doctor was done and Rose helped him get into bed. He had been very quiet after he'd vomited. She looked at him now. He was staring intently at her. It was making her uncomfortable and she felt the heat rise to her cheeks.

"What?" she finally asked when she couldn't bear it anymore. "You'll always stay with me, won't you Rose?" he asked. "Of course" she said at once. "Forever?" he asked, looking hopeful. She stopped for a minute and looked into his eyes before nodding, "Forever"

He gave her a big manic grin and reached for her hand "Because I'd be heartbroken if you left" She smiled. Drunk or not, the Doctor was so sweet. "Well" she said, "I have no intention of leaving" He smiled, "Good"

He gently rubbed her hand as a comfortable silence settles around them. He slowly pulled her towards him and she lay down next to him as his arms wrapped around her waist. She felt so safe in his arms, it was impossible. It was like they were in their own little world, away from all the running and aliens.

Just them and the humming of the Tardis.

A/N: Should I leave it like this or write a sequel? Because I've already got an idea for a sequel. Please review and tell me.
