Bianchi was in the kitchen, looking through her cookbook for something to make Reborn on his return. Her lover disappeared last night with her younger brother, Gokudera, and his student, Tsuna, and, for some reason, the Poison Scorpion had a bad feeling. She kept telling herself that there was no reason to worry; Gokudera learned to take care of himself when he ran away from home when he was eight, plus Reborn was with him. Still, she couldn't shake this feeling. . .

"Bianchi-chan, a letter came for you."

Nana announced as she walked into the kitchen where the Poison Scorpion was. Bianchi turned her attention away from her cookbook, and took the letter Tsuna's mom extended to her. Nana went into the living room, leaving Bianchi alone with her letter. Her heart pounded in her chest. She was hoping the letter would be from Reborn, but instead it had the Vongola crest on the front. With shaking fingers, she opened the envelope and read the letter:

"Bianchi,

I am sorry to inform you of this, especially in such a manner, but your younger brother, Hayato Gokudera, is no longer among the living. There was an incident last night on a small, formerly unknown island. Unfortunately, he was not the only casualty. Reborn was lost as well. What exactly happened is still unclear, but rest assured that the Vongola family is making it their top priority to find out. We already have some impression of what went on, however, this information is classified, and, even when we do know what killed them, we can not tell you.

My condolences,

Vongola Nono,

Timoteo"

By the end of the letter, Bianchi was on the ground weeping so hard she couldn't stand and could just barely breathe. Not only had she lost her baby brother before being able to make up with him, but she had lost her lover as well. Judging by the sobbing she heard from the living room, she guessed she was not the only one who had lost a loved one last night. After what seemed like an eternity, she forced herself to quiet her sobs, and she did the only thing she knew to do with her sorrow. She turned it into rage. She had no idea what was in the letter Nana got, but she knew it was probably a lie. The pink haired assassin got up to console the grieving mother in the living room, all the while forming a menu of her deadliest foods in her head. She would go to the Vongola base in Italy, and she would find out what happened herself, no matter what she had to do. Then she would slowly and painfully extract her revenge on those who had dared to kill the ones she loved. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and Bianchi had every intention of showing mafioso just how true that statement is.
