Author's Note: I loved the film and I wrote this poem out of boredom. It's Azazel describing himself as a mutant who has lived for a long time and often fought for survival. There isn't enough Azazel centered stuff and I really liked him, most likely because I think Jason Flemyng is a great actor and sexy guy. The film version of him probably isn't from ancient times like in the comics, but it would make sense if Azazel is much older than he seems and his scars show that he has been in a lot of fights during his long life.
I go by the name of Azazel,
I have lived for many years.
Skin red as the fire of Hell,
Forked tail and pointed ears.
Even though I am a mutant,
Humans have called me the Devil.
The abilitiy to appear in an instant,
Then disappear after I've made the kill.
I swing my swords with deadly grace,
As I teleport myself into a fight.
When I cut down my foes, I feel my heart race,
Then I teleport myself out of sight.
Killing is what I've known for ages,
A method for a mutant to survive.
I count my scars in the morning stages,
Just to know that I'm grateful to be alive.
My demonic appearance strikes fear into man,
I always see the horror and disgust in each face.
When I strike, it's fast and I'm gone in a bamf!
Leaving only red smoke as a trace.
End.
