Silly piece of Sabriel (Sam/Gabriel) fluff that someone requested like a month ago :P
Enjoy!
"Gabriel, what are you doing?" Sam asked, not quite sure that he wanted to know the answer.
Gabriel took a bite out of the candy bar that he was holding. "You know how you said that the angel that is on top of the tree is supposed to be the "Archangel Gabriel"?" He asked, making quotation marks with his fingers. Gabriel shifted and took another bite, not waiting for Sam to reply he continued. "Well, I thought, why not have the real thing?"
Pausing, he pulled the wrapper off the candy bar and threw it in the floor. "Clever idea. Best one that I have ever had, I think." He frowned thoughtfully.
Sam put his hand over his eyes, he could feel a headache starting to grow. "Gabe." He said slowly.
"Fantastic isn't it?" Gabriel asked excitedly.
Sam sighed and replied in his most patient voice. "You can't sit on top of the christmas tree, Gabriel."
The excitement faded from Gabriel's eyes and a pout formed on his lips. "Well, why the hell not?!"
Sam rolled his eyes. "Gabe, in case you haven't noticed, the top of the tree is on the floor because you're sitting on it. You have the tree completely bent in half. I'm surprised that it hasn't broken yet."
Gabriel's pout got more pronounced. "But Sam! I want to sit here! Please."
Sam ran his fingers through his hair. Trying to think of a way that he could please Gabriel and save the tree from a unfortunate death. He smiled. "Since you want to be on the tree so bad, you could make a miniture you to set up there. You know, like a toy version of you."
Gabriel's eyes lit up and a grin stretched across his face. He jumped off of the tree and it swung back, knocking a picture off of the wall. Gabriel didn't notice, he was too busy wrapping Sam in a bone crushing hug. "That's a awesome idea!"
Sam replied with a small "Yep." Which isn't much of a reply, but he was trying to get much needed air back into his lungs.
Gabriel snapped his fingers and a six inch, exact image of himself appeared in his hands. "This is so awesome!"
Sam smiled at the delighted expression on his face. "Well, put it on the tree."
Gabriel bounced in excitement as he ran to the tree and put the figure on top. Turning, he looked at Sam and grinned. "Best christmas ever!"
Sam nodded his head in agreement.
End!
