Deserving
Smith thought looking at Her and that rebel Malik that Trinity had never deserved Neo.
Not ever, he hoped that Malik betrayed her the same way she had Neo.
Or else at least an Agent could kill her, preferably painfully.
Very painfully.
Though ,of course he himself was even less deserving of Neo.
Hurting him aside, he had actually Killed Neo.
Even if he had not actually wanted to do it.
If he hadn't , the others would have caught him, Smith did not want to what They would have done to Neo.
Surely more than even he would have done.
If the humans' God did exist, Smith was of the opinion that Trinity and Malik should be destroyed.
When he had found Neo in that alleyway before The Silver Hawk Cafe, Neo had been angry, disbelieving and self-loathing.
All because of Trinity's cheating on him, Smith had been incredibly lucky to find him.
Looking on the verge of doing something incredibly stupid.
Thankfully Neo had agreed to talk to him, even though Neo had not trusted him then.
And so Smith hoped that Trinity undeserving as she was for what she had done would face some sort of divine wrath.
Maybe he himself could get rid of that Malik character. Since Neo said he could not kill Trinity , unless she gave him a logical reason.
Neo had not said a thing about Malik, perhaps he could plan something.
It was an illogical plan, but it was a good and deserving plan.
At least Malik would die, Trinity would die some time from something else.
It was Inevitable.
It would be a well deserved plan.
