Dear Mr. Kaiba,
This is regarding your recently applying to Smith& Smith's course in anger-management. We are delighted to have you as a student, and hope you know that our classes are guaranteed to have you being calm and peaceful in 7 courses or your money back! (Please see your contract for more details on that) However, since you applied much later then the deadline, we humbly ask that you pay an extra fee of $500 to your already paid $1500. Please note that this fee of $500 must be paid, and your $1500 is non-refundable.
