SOMEWHERE A CLOCK IS TICKING
Summary: Trory; AU, which I love because in my alternate universe Tristan and Rory can be a couple and I can have all of the hottest guys in the world worshipping the ground I walk on, especially a certain few who I happen to know personally.
Disclaimer: I own nothing but the clothes on my back, which really aren't mine either because most of them were bought with my parents' money. The title isn't mine either, seeing the fact that it is the name of a song by the most awesome band on the face of the planet, Snow Patrol.
Author's note: My first shot at writing a trory, but not my first fanfic. I have others stories surrounding Nathan and Haley on other websites. I have a real chapter ready to be posted with this one, if like them please review and I will post the second chapter.
PROLOGUE:
Rory Gilmore and Tristan DuGrey. The epitome of a high school romance. Since the day Rory stepped foot onto the Chilton Prepatory School campus, she and Tristan were inseparable. They were always together whether it be by themselves on the lawn somewhere or with their many friends, no one and nothing could come between them. She changed his player ways and he never got enough of her. They were perfect, or so everyone thought. One day they were together and then the next thing everyone knew, they weren't anymore. Neither would speak about the reasons, probably because it is was too painful. So for what seemed like forever, they didn't speak to each other. Everyone was cautious about bringing the two together during group functions. But when they were brought together, they ignored each other totally. Many wondered if either would ever be the same, because even when they weren't within 50 feet of each other, they were still both very quiet and would just mope about. I know all this because I witnessed the whole thing first hand, from the day they got together to the day they broke up and so on. And this seemingly short chapter in their long jumbled histories I am about to tell you begins on an otherwise uneventful movie night...
