Author: This is my first chapter for my first story. Please write a review, please tell me you liked it or not. I do accept criticism, just not that much hate. If you did not like my story, then you might as well just tell me in the reviews how I could improve. Thank you.

Hi! My name is Serena. I am the twin sister of Selena, from Toucan Island. I come from Toucan Island, but I was born in the Gull Islands.

My lifetime dream has actually come true. I have been a hip-hop dancer and gymnast for 4 years. My job here in Waffle Island is being a waitress in the Sundae Bar and Inn, and I help out at the tailor shop for some designs for summer.

My life has had it's ups and downs, but after some talking with the mayor, he is preparing a stadium and an arena for the residents who want to learn to dance, or do gymnastics for a living.

I've been living on Waffle Island for 16 years. I first came here when I was 4. I'm now 20 years old. I live in the Caramel Falls district, where my fellow best friend Angela lives.

"Serena!" Angela called. "I brought you some medicine!". I groaned. I was sick, and got a cold. I was walking in the rain without an umbrella and fell ill. I have been in Meringue Clinic for a long time now, so I got sent home.

"You can come in, Angie-cakes." I called Angela that, Angie-cakes. She actually likes that nickname. She loves cake, and tomatoes, so I call her Angie-cakes.

"Poor you," Angela cooed "you look like you're about to die!". "What," I pouted "does it look like I'm dieing? I'm suffering from coughing, real loud and hard."

"Well, Dr. Jin says you'll be alright in a week. He said that you should stop gymnastics for some months, and stop dancing for a week or two."

"A week or two?" I yelled "I love dancing! I can't stop it for two weeks!"

Angela looked around. There was a knock on the door.

Angela went and opened it, and saw Selena at the door. "Hey, Angela. Is Serena home?"

"Well, of course she is!" She exclaimed "She's in bed, right now."

Selena had a worried face, like she was worried that her puppy ran away. "Poor Serena, did Dr. Jin say that you would be okay?"

Angela piped in. "Dr. Jin said that she would have to stop gymnastics for a month, and dancing for a week or two." Serena quivered at the end of Angela's sentence. It was like it was the end of the world for her.

"Well, we'll see if you get better in a few days."

"Of course, I will be better!" I exclaimed, arms flailing in the air.

Well, that was the end of my first chapter! Review please. Remember, criticism is always welcome. Just don't be that mean.
