Dreams are meant for sleeping, and Nightmares really do come true
Yet another story. Yey I'm on fire!! Wait! I'M ON FIRE!!! Ahh!!!!!!!!!!
Disclaimer: I don't own the Teen Titans
Robin was walking towards the roof of the tower when he heard a ship landing. He sprinted up the stairs and slammed the door open. A red and yellow ship stood there in its magnificent glory whirling the wind around it including Robin's spiked hair, his cape, and the hair and/or cape of the others it. A group of people stood there watching him. He covered his eyes from the wind to try and see better, through the whipping of his hair and the gusts of wind. He could make out a large bulk of orange and purple with green eyes and three purple lumps at his sides. Next to them was a dark figure with pointy ears and a cape billowing in the wind. But the nearest figure was what caught his attention, the tall, petite, and gifted figure of his girlfriend. His eyes/mask widened as he realized what was going on.
"No" he whispered.
"Robin... I'm sorry" said Starfire with teary eyes.
Robin immediately felt his eyes brimming to exploding point with tears as he ran to Starfire.
"NO!!"
He reached her and held her as tight as possible without hurting her. When he didn't feel her arms wrapping around him he cried harder and sank to her knees holding them, holding her.
"No, please don't!"he sobbed pleading in a heart-ripping voice he hadn't heard since his parents death.
He sobbed into her legs rising his head when a hand caressed his shaking head and a tear of Starfire's made contact with his cheek where it was lost within his own tears, yet he had felt it so he stood up to kiss his girlfriend. He felt more of Starfire's tears mingling with his own until she pulled away turning away from him.
"Please, don't" she sobbed "It's too painful" she whimpered.
Robin turned her around and tried to kiss her again to make her stay, but the orange bulk and the three purple clusters shielded her from him. He tried to break through but they wouldn't budge. Suddenly, a great force pulled him up, and he could finally see the sad face of Galfore looking at him. Robin's eyes began to let fountains of tears flow from them when a weaker but firmer grip pulled him down and when he was level with the ground he felt two strong arms holding him, hugging him which was odd since the only other person there was...
"Bruce" the caped crusader was hugging Robin.
"Please, Bruce, please" Robin whimpered "Don't let them take her"
Batman tightened the fatherly embrace and then flipped Robin so he couldn't face Starfire leaving. Robin wept into his shoulder, and Bruce rather than Batman comforted the Boy Wonder in a fatherly embrace no other time he would of given. Robin had thought he could handle it a while ago, but now his heart was shattering into pieces as time and greater forces of wind flew by.
He stopped sobbing when he realized he had wasted precious time and that he space ship was leaving. He startled Batman as he forced himself out of the hug with alien force and ran towards the ship almost tripping when Batman let go. But since it had already started the ship had left the roof so Robin jumped off. He had already done it before so he figured he could manage, but he had hesitated too long and didn't even come close to reachin the ship. So, he fell into the rocky depths of the ocean. As he fell with wind hitting his face he thought...
'Maybe it is better this way. No pain, no suffering, no life without Starfire'
So what do you think? Should I elaborate on the story or should I erase it from the face of the earth? I have the beggining of this story and a continuation. Which one would you like and if both which one first? And I have another ending for this for the continuation so don't think its a ghost. XD
