THE DARKEST PLACE

The Newbie

A place of no return, a place that feeds on my soul. I cannot sleep nor eat. I just lay on the damp dirt floor and look up at the dayless sky. It was always a starless night, never any light except from the oil lamps. They are always up, they just remind you that you can't escape and that your stuck in this forgotten place with no way out. But one day I will be free and I will kill the man who did this to me. Then a creature came up to me, he was one of the ones who got mutated when they came here, luckily I didn't.

"So, are you up Sakura?" the creature named Naruto said. "yeah, as awake as I'll ever be here... Why?" " Because a newbie is here, and the master wants you to take care of him" Naruto said with that he left. A newbie? There hasn't been anyone else except me for a long time. Why now? All these questions kept running through her head as she walked over to the prison.
