In the near future Dr Terror and his cyborg companion Hacker have unleashed their forces to conquer the Earth. Only one unit can stop him, the Legions; a handful of brave men in specially created exo-armour, which can be infused with incredible weapon systems beamed down by their Centurion Crystal Kain from the station Sky-Cohort.

Dr. Stanley Terorah is a leading cybernetic scientist; working on mechanical limbs that can be placed on the body like a regular prosthetic limbs, but are then linked directly to the human brain allowing the user to use it just like they would a real human body part.

The doctor's work was nominated for a scientific award in cybernetic machinery.
.
Dr Terorah was given full backing at this point by the board to push forward with a human prototype.
"Mr. Balfar!?"
"Dr Terorah,don't look so worried man."
"I'm not, trust me…' laughed off the doctor, 'after all its always a pleasure to have a board of director paying us a little visit."
"I'm not going to beat around the bush, doctor, I am here to let you know that you have gain the backing of the board… who have given the green light in supported your program. Doctor, they request a full working prototype of your exoskeleton design…"
"Thank you sir… thank you kindly for giving me this opportunity to represent the facility, I promise I wont let the board down!"
"You are welcome doctor, this is something you truly deserve… We will expect a full test within two years. I truly hope that your enhancers work doctor…"
"Oh they will sir I will have a successful human trial by that date…"

Dr Terorah's work had soon caught the attention of the union's military.

Dr Terorah was approached by the Sergeant Major McEfac.
"Dr Terorah… I presume…' McEfac stretched out his hand to grate the doctor. 'It is good to meet you at long last… I have been monitoring you work for the past year."
Dr Terorah looked taken aback, but still took the officer's hand. "Ere I'm sorry, sir, but what do I owe this honour!"
"Your work, doctor as gained a lot of attention."
"Attention."
"Oh yes, your government sees great potential in the work in mechanical limbs… your limbs doctor could allow great soldiers with the ability to fight for parliament and country again!"

After hearing that the doctor had gain permission to carry out a full human test, the sergeant major approached the doctor where the sergeant asks. "I wish to put an offer to you doctor."
"I'm willing to listen, sir."
"We want you to use a soldier to be the trial subject."
Without much deliberation the doctor jumped at the chance to have military backing; the doctor craved the prestige and recognition that this would bring him.

Commander Bridan was asked to hand pick a top military officer who had just returned from duty due to the fact they lost a limb in conflict, someone the commander believes would be suitable and someone who could benefit from this opportunity to fight once again.
The commander knew of one strong soldier that he would like to see back on his team Corporal Aian Hub, Aian was a member of the Union army and had lost his right hand and the lower part of his right leg when he was hit by an exploding bomb on a patrol.

Dr Terorah was informed that the president would be there in person to witness the test; Dr Terorah met with Corporal Hub and worked on three possible cybernetic limbs that would be used in the test.
McEfac came to examine the progress, Dr Terorah happy to show the Sergeant Major his work, stating "We have run a number of tests.. new results, sir, are positive… me and my team are on the right track… and soon my limb will allow your soldiers that chance again to stand and fight; and there is also potential to increase their strength… making them better soldiers."
"Excellent work there doctor…' stated McEfac. 'Truly promising work indeed." then he noticed the look on an assistance face, but as the doctor never stepped forward, Dr Terorah was allowed to continue.

However, a member of Dr Terorah's team Dr Wu warned the doctor that there were still work to be done before running a full human test.
"Dr Wu,' stated the doctor, a little off guard. 'do come in… its good to see you, how may I help?"
"Dr Terorah, I've taken the liberty of read the progress report on human performance enhancers, before next months launch."
"And?" said the doctor slightly confused as to why.
"Well doctor, it appears that one of the initial link came back with side effects?"
"Yes that is correct… however that is just one trial. Nothing to be worried about, a mere aberration! And besides Dr Wu, all other tests since then have been successful, have they not?"
"Yes, but we should forget what went wrong in the trial! Doctor you yourself can't get away from how bad the side effects were!"
Dr. Terorah choose to merely dismiss this by stating in reply. "With the exception of yourself, dear doctor, our entire staff certifies the product… ready for human testing."
Dr Wu was going to be heard and so continued. 'Violence, aggression… and insanity."
"And do what would you recommend, doctor? After all we are mere weeks away!"
"I think doctor, that we need to take the whole line back to formula."
"Back to formula? Don't make me laugh… those side effects were only found in one test."
"But Dr. Terorah please see sense here."
"I think I have, now Dr Wu, I ask if you don't bring up your fear mongering again… there is a lot riding on this test and I won't allow you to stop it, do I make myself clear?"
"Yes… perfectly."
Dr Wu's warnings fell on deaf ears; the funding and the support of the country clouded Dr Terorah's judgement.

The night before the test the Terorah family were involved in a horrific car crash, when Dr Terorah came to he was left paralysed and wheel-chair bound, he was informed that his wife had sadly died in the crash and that his daughter Amber had been left in a comatose state.
.
Dr Wu tried then to stop the test that morning, but Sergeant Major McEfac had been assured by the doctor that all was fine and pressed for the test to go ahead. Corporal Hub was linked to the cybernetic limbs and as the president watched all seemed to be going well, Aian Hub felt the emotion of walking again and holding a weapon, being a soldier was his life; the man's everything.
The president looked happy and besides from Dr Wu's warnings things went great. However, in mid test there was a sudden systems failure and Aian Hub fell to the ground and was pronounced brain dead, because the cybernetic link was too powerful for his brain to comprehend.

Dr Wu was seem on the news and talked about his shock and sadness over what had happened to Hub.
.
This darkened Stanley's heart and in time he turned his back on humanity; Dr Terorah had continued his work on the cybernetic limbs in secret to find away to walk and reckoned that he was ready now to try his suit on himself. "Walk for me Syntax."
"Yes master we will walk together!"
The doctor used technology to enable himself to walk again; he would also focus on a way to use his technology to save his daughter; he would do anything to save his daughter.
Every time the doctor used Syntax the machine changed him and his thinking.

Dr Wu had a visit from Dr Terorah, the doctor looked shocked as he saw sights of someone he one knew, but someone who looked totally different.
"Dr Terorah? Stan, is that you! Oh, my Goodness what as happened."
Dr Terorah didn't answer Dr Wu, he just looked through him, as if he was nothing. But the hate and anger on his face was truly more.
Dr Wu was scared, looking around for a clear way to get away. "Oh, please damn you speak to me… Doctor what is going on… what as happened to you!"
"Happened nothing as happened… I am better… better that's all!" he stated, his voice a little sharper crisper.
"Oh, my God! Stan, what as happened… please we can call someone… someone to help!"
"Help I don't need help… damn you… I am better I am better… and you you Dr Wu have cost me my family my love… your words doctor your words."
"I don't understand!"
"Back to formula! Back to formula… feel the terror… I am Terror!"

The following morning MP's found the lab all destroyed, one MP found the lifeless body of Dr Wu tied up and gagged; a message was clawed into the wall behind him. -I have turned my back on the world, so now feel my terror.-

It was later discovered that the body of Aian Hub had gone missing.

Aian awakens contacted to his bio-suit called Lesion; stepping forth the soldier is willing to follow the doctor.
.
Doc Terror has gathered together a group of soldiers and placed them in cyborg armour. Terror and his fleet led by Hacker marched on the capital.
.
It was a regular sort of day and in truth nothing seemed able to break the norm, the city full of activity and noise; trains rushing through the underground, cars on the roads and people walking the pavement all to start their day.
Then suddenly the cities flow was abruptly broken by the raw of tyres; as four large vehicles headed through the heart of the city at top speed. Heads turned and people got out of their cars to see what it was, no one knew what these lorries were.

The cities police department rushed to the scene. The department received their orders and surrounded the four vehicles, but they soon moved back their perimeter when they realised these vehicles weren't going to stop. People then started to scream and run; panic ensued, the city wasn't in its normal flow any longer. A city builder ran to a JCB and drove right towards Hacker, but Hacker soon made little work of the brave builder.

Doc Terror attempts to extort money from the governments of the world by threatening to destroy important locations in the heart of the city.
The Great-Kingdom's government weren't going to be threatened by Terror and a call to arms was given, however the army had recently been weakened by the recent war; a delegation ambassador Malcolm Layette was sent to negotiate the situation. Terror didn't get the results he was looking for and stated, "I will not be palmed off by mere tokens Malcolm; my family as paid the costs of serving this country and pay it will!' Terror looked right into Malcolm's eyes. The ambassador knew that he couldn't look away. 'I will rise and move forward, the country will see what it is like to feel the costs of this floored country they call home. I will show them the truth!"
"If you aren't going to listen Terror then why agree to meet with me?"
"Time and curiosity; a chance to get my full fleet ready and a chance to see what the power of now would be willing to offer to keep me down!"
At this point Malcolm broke the law of nations 'an oath of neutrality as ambassadors' and took up arms against Terror. In the resulting actions Malcolm was killed.

This act drove Terror further, and now he was ready to move his forced upon the parliament house.
.
The president could not allow this to go any further and gives his consent to Francis McFfac to fight back. The officer put into plan a wall of tanks and soldier's until the true plan could be finalised.
.
Terror and his fleet marched on through the centre; leaving their mark as they continued on. Terror called a halt of his forces, calling Hacker to his side as he served the battle ahead.
.
A phone rang, a lady picked up the receiver, a rough deep voice spoke. "Your country needs you Ms Kain. There is a car pulling into your driveway right this very second to pick you up. I suggest that you quickly get a bag together, as things are about to change. "
She looked out of her window, and just as the voice on the line stated a car had turned into her driveway and pulled up outside her out of town house. Ms Kain quickly picked up her mobile, laptop and her bag and headed out of her house pulling a light wheeled suitcase behind her.

Time seemed to go by in seconds has the car pulled up to the military base and she was going through security clearance.
The door was opened and a soldier asked her to follow him, she was handed a security clearance pass. "This card will allow you enter to your clearance areas; doors you don't have clearance for will not open. Is that understood Ms Kain?"
Ms Kain nodded and then at the entrance to the building swiped her card on the door to the base and followed her escort.
"Yes ask her to come in.' stated the major, clicking his intercom. 'It won't be long now gentleman, she'll see us right."
The officer led her into a large room; a desk seemed to dominate the entire room and even though the table was set for about 12 only 5 people made up the war council. A tall man dressed in high ranking military uniform pulled back his chair and stood up to greet her, she recognised him to be Sergeant Major McEfac. "Ms Kain, thank you for coming; please take a seat there will you." following through placing a hand on her shoulder and showing her to a chair at the table.
Ms Kain walked to her chair. "Was that pomp and nonsense out there truly necessary major?' she enquired as she took her seat at table. 'Check point after check points, scanner, identity passes and being led down here by armed guard? I was even searched, like I was up to something!"
The guard stepped away and quickly closed the door behind him, the young soldier catching sight of the look on her face as he left.
The major didn't seem fazed nor troubled by her displeasure. "You know how we operate, it all boils down to security Ms Kain, which is highly important don't you think?' he retook his place at the table, seeing no change to her expression. 'Oh you don't." he ended glumly.
"Well remember sergeant it was you who asked me here don't forget."
"Yes that is correct; now please there is a lot to set in motion Ms Kain; Crystal we are in need of your help. Our countries capital is in grave danger!"

Crystal was handed a file by another member of the war council; she recognised the uniform to be that of a Navy officer, she opened up the file. Within the file Crystal saw pictures of her father at Dr Terorah's side and papers on the doctor's last project. Crystal looked shocked as she read and actually questioned what she had just heard. "I'm sorry... but you believe that Dr Terorah is behind this attack?"
Sergeant Major McEfac informed her, "Yes that is the case, Crystal, we believe Dr Terorah is lost…"
"What do you mean, lost?"
"He lost everything, his family to an extent, his reputation and his legs… we believe that to build himself up the doctor used his cybernetics to enable him to walk again, however something must have gone wrong… We have uncovered just this second information on a device he created called the Syntax… and now he stands as Terror."
"I know this is too much to take in, but trust me this is true." stated another member, as he saw Crystal's look of doubt.
McEfac nods at his fellow officer. "Aian Hub was taken three days ago, by the doctor… and now stands at his side… as Terror created a second device called the Lesion… these suits and tech I feel are what drives the two men.. Crystal we need you help we need you to lead a force to stop him!"

On her agreement, things moved fast; she was given the code-name Centurion and then sent by Nasa in space to set-up Sky-Cohort. Centurion pulled together all the skills and resources of the war council and created elite battle armour to thwart Terror's plans. Centurion picks Jacob, Jake and Max to be her legionaries.
Jake; who was off on active serves received orders to return immediately without delay. Jake was a member of the US Army, his field expertise gained him his place as a legionary. Jake became their Land Operative, a soldier with all the ground weapons.
Jacob; he was once a member of the U.S Air Force; his expertise in the air force gained him his place as a Legionary. He was made the team's Air Command Operative; using all aerial weaponry systems.
Max, he was in the US Navy and it was his skills at sea that gained him his place in the Legionnaires as the teams Sea Operations.
Centurion is the tactician of the team, sending out the right equipment to her Legionaries in their time of need.

Centurion quickly orders for McCloud, Rockwell and Ray to be brought to New York City where they were given comm-links contacted Sky-Cohort.
Centurion then sent out a fleet of trucks to their location; each of them would step into their special exo-frames suits. "You three soldiers are now my Legionnaires. I am Ms Kane the Centurion. To lock with your Assault-Weapons Systems just call out Power-Extreme guys!"
"Power-Extreme!"
"Great now you have the power of 10 men, fight hard fight well."

Centurion had acted quickly and ordered "Max I need you to block their path; this would give Jacob and Jake the opportunity to move in and stop Terror."
Once inside his armour Max took up position to guard the eastern coast route into the city.
Jacob and Jake advanced on Terror's forces, joining up with forces that at held Terror at bay. It was on the streets in front of the parliament building that the battle took place.

A full battle with the legionaries ensued, the world had never seen such images.
Terror's fleet were brought to a stand still by Jake actions and manoeuvres in the air, He kept his cool and got the job done, even though for a second there the situation got a little intense.
.
Terror would be stopped by their first wave of attacks; Terror and Hacker then quickly fell back towards the edge of the city, Terror purposefully used his cavalry so that he could retreat.
.
In their debrief the legionaries learned much about their weapons, technology and battle tactics from their run-in with Terror's fleet.

Centurion brought in new and better armour for Jake, Jacob and Max.
.
It was through this time that Crystal would develop feelings for Jake.
.
Jacob saw himself as a ladies' man of the team and would from time to time find the best ways to hit on Crystal.
.
Kent speaks to the mayor about shutting down the whole Sky-Cohort operation. "Look Kent I may not like the operation has much as you do, however, if they stop this terror then I'll let it continue. After all with their backing Kent I may secure a second term!"
"Okay as long as they stop Terror, mayor, then I'll give them my backing, but I warn you I will be the first to go to the press and inform them of our meeting!"

Doc Terror sets up a base of operation in an old Arctic base. "This is a dark world Hacker, a lot as been taken away from me... I must strive to take it back!"
Hacker had never seen that look in his master's eyes before, but stated freely. "What are you planning to do Terror?" The doctor's drive making him want to follow further, despite their last defeat.
"What I'd do Hacker to gain my precious daughter back, oh Amber will you live again!" he replied as he runs a hand over the case that housed his comatose daughter.

Dr Terror uses his technology to bring his daughter Amber to life. "Oh father; I am awakened now."
"It is truly good to hear your voice once again my dear Amber, at last with you by my side vengeance shall be mine."

Each legion used there different armour to attack Terror's army, but with Hacker and Amber there by Terror's side, they are clearly no match for his army.
.
Amber would show some kind of affection for Jake Rockwell and even betrayed her father by telling the Legions where the Arctic base is located.
.
Max is the calm and collective one that keeps the team together. He doesn't charge into things like the other two and is very level headed.
.
Jacob came up against Merco; he charged into the situation without thinking of the consequences.
Merco was strong and fast, but Jacob got things done.
.
Jake gets the perfect shot and blows off the robotic claw arm of Hacker.
.
Crystal had designed an Ulter-sound wave and sends it down to Max and the sound wave stopped dead the vehicles. The robotic halves of Doc Terror and Hacker sense their end and let Stan and Hub go.
"I have let you sadness and anger takeover me destroy me; I have lost everything and everyone I have ever loved.' snapped the doctor, as the three Legionaries walk towards him, he willingly opens up his hands in surrender. 'It is clear to me now that Syntax had heightened my hatred. I welcomed its power and its vision to gain control over humanity! Oh how I was wrong… oh how lost I've became!"
"Your just saying that, because your about to go down doc." stated Ace.
"No Ace you must believe me… Once connected I didn't want to stop it, I had lost all my life and in my technology I placed by trust. For that I am truly sorry!"
"Show us then doctor… let me take your daughter to get the best treatment and you answer to your crimes!" stated Jake.
The doctor nodded and asked Jake to leave with Amber, Jake agrees.

Stan stood poised ready to destroy both Syntax and Lesion; he paused looking over at the lifeless body of Hub. "I can't destroy my creation like this; they are still my creations an extension of who I am now. They helped us Hacker they gave us life once again."
Stan looks at his creation and screams in anguish as he fires his disruptor cannon.

The scene cuts to Sky-Cohort, not revealing whether or not Terror misses or destroys Syntax.

Ace, Jake and Rex are given meddles of honour for their services to the protection of the world. Jake goes and sees Amber. The world's best doctors and scientists are working on saving Amber's life.
