My Guilt
When I see you standing there
I feel more guilt then one should bear
Memories of your smile come to my head
Every night as I lay in my bed
You are empty except for a single soul
With out a body it doesn't look whole
We agreed that we wanted her with us again
But the laws of the world did bend
And now we have the scars of that taboo
I feel the pain and so do you
Do you have towards me pure hate
And is the time too late
To fix this for you and me
And for our worlds to be
what they were once upon a time
And for this guilt to be no longer mine
