Lucas had just arrived home to take a quick shower and change, before heading back to the hospital. He had spent as much time as possible there since the accident, sitting next to Gails bed, talking to her trying to bring her back to him. When he had seen her fall down his stairs, he had realised just how much he cared for her, infact to his surprise he actually did love her.
