Never our last goodbye



Fire in the sky,
The last time I saw you,
Your shadow surrounded in flames,
And though I tried to call you,
My throat was too scorched to scream,
You couldn't see me,
My voice you couldn't hear,
And so you turned your back on me,
And screamed to the sky, why?
I could only watch you run,
You always refused to cry,
But in my eyes were your tears unshed,
In the flames was our last goodbye,
years can tear a girl apart,
Wondering where you are at night,
You my brother, friend and protector.
Always the strong one,
Always there,
I used to dream you'd come back,
You'd rescue me from the nightmare
But you thought I was dead and gone,
Another ghost of Maxwell church,
Another reason to hate oz,
Another reason to burn,
That night in the flames,
Was our last goodbye for you.
I keep going,
Your memory keeps me strong,
So I keep my smile in place,
A clowns face on an empty heart,
I fight on for tomorrow.
I'll live to see you again,
My only family and friend,
I don't cry anymore,
Big girls don't cry,
You taught me that,
But when your twin has gone,
It hurts like hell!
You're in my heart Duo,
That night in the flames was our last goodbye?
Never.
I wont give in,
For us never a last goodbye,
I wont believe it
Not till the day we die.
