AN: I had this in my documents folder but never really did anything with it so here it is. Be warned though is this is going to be OP!Naruto.

Chapter 1

A young, blond man could be seen sitting beneath a tree in a place that could only be described as paradise.

A clear sky with few clouds, beautiful grassy fields that seemed to stretch on for forever. Animals of all kinds were seen galloping and grazing.

It truly was impossible to call it anything but a paradise and even then the term itself wasn't enough.

The tree he was sitting beneath too was both beautiful as it was massive, its size reaching up high until it touched the clouds that were visible in the sky. A soft aura originated from it that would make one feel calm, at home just by being near it.

To feel like all your worries slowly left you until you felt at peace.

''Is it true what Michael told me? You're leaving?'' A soft, regal but also powerful voice reached his ears.

The blond looked up at the newcomer before giving a slow nod. ''Yes, it is. I've been informed of a potential threat that has been sensed 14,209 light years away from Earth. I was enjoying my peaceful stay here but it's my duty as Overseer of this Universe to take care of potential threats that could cause problems.''

''I see, much like when you first arrived here.''

The blond gave a small smile. ''Yes, i guess you could say that. Though there are much more powerful forces out there that can wipe away planets with all but a blink of their eyes and i need to make sure they don't end up growing too powerful.'' He paused as he felt something tug on one of his hands.

Looking down, the blond man's deep blue eyes landed on a rather strange creature.

It was small, or at least in the current form it had taken.

It was a combination of all sorts of different animals, once could see characteristics from a Dragon, a lion, a leopard and so on. It had seven necks with seven heads though for some reason it had ten horn. Behind it were seven thick tails of different shapes and it had four stout arms and two legs, the latter were thicker than the former.

Its body itself reminded one of a primate that was leaning forwards a bit with its black fur that was covered in scales.

All in all it was quite the creature and the few people who knew what it was, its purpose and not to mention its power would be gobsmacked at how docile it was in the blond man's arms as he petted it.

It even purred as he scratched its neck.

'''When you're gone what will happen to the red and the white one?''

''Which ones? The two smaller ones or..?''

''The others, the white one who is currently residing in the gap though i'm unaware of the location the red one is.''

Naruto hummed in understanding. ''Mmm, i'd advise you to not bother with them. The white one is residing in the gap which is basically a void that seperated the three planes that are Heaven, Earth and Underworld. Its presence assures no invaders can travel from one realm to another and when i checked it out the white one was just floating there doing nothing.''

''It didn't sense you?''

The blond laughed. ''Yahweh, it seems you forgot who exactly i am. I merely shifted myself to a higher dimension that made sensing me impossible even for someone as them. Like i said, there are much more powerful beings roaming space. If i wanted to i could erase both Dragons before either would be able to comprehend what was happening to them.''

Yahweh chuckled. ''Of course, my apologies Naruto.''

''Eh.'' The blond, now revealed to be named Naruto waved his hand. ''It's fine really. I've lived for so long little things like such don't really bother me. It's my responsibility as Overseer to be calm as it would be unwise for me to accidently let out some of my energy.''

''I'm wondering though,'' Yahweh spoke softly as he gazed up at the sky. ''I assume with how you call yourself there are more people like yourself correct? Which would imply the existence of more than one Universe as well. Are any of them capable of crossing one to enter another?''

A nod was his answer. ''It is possible. It happens more often than you might think. In fact, the reason i've been alerted is due to a possible being crossing into this Universe from their own. The act itself is frowned upon if one Overseer isn't informed beforehand and the punishment is quite severe. That is all i am allowed to reveal as anything more would bring me trouble.''

''I understand. What about the other Universes, are they anything like this one or are they all largely different.''

''That is a good question,'' Naruto said as he looked down briefly at the sleeping creature on his lap. ''The truth is that they are more similar than you might expect. Once again i can't reveal much but i can say is that you can expect there to be a planet similar to this one in every other Universe as they make up one of the fundamental planets. They may be more advanced or less but that differs between each.''

Yahweh listened silently as Naruto spoke. He always found anything he said fascinating for his knowledge predated even when Earth had become a habitable planet. He was surprisingly lax as well, something that he hadn't expected from someone with even a sliver of his power.

Yet, despite that he remained rather humble, often visiting him here, in the Garden of Eden as in his own words it was the most beautiful place that existed in this part of the galaxy.

In the early days shortly after creating Angels he had with the blond's help shaped the Earth as the latter had seen hundreds of thousands of planets and knew was needed to make it as perfect for his own vision.

Of course, Naruto had been quite impressed with the semi-immortal and his powers that allowed him to give life and was particularly interested in how Devils, a term he himself had come up with, were formed.

It was the blond who had created the dimensional gap that kept the realms from being easily accessible before using his power to plant memories in every living thing, him not excluded, that it had existed ever since they could remember.

It were little thing like such that he could do as his existence was known to only a select few. He even admitted that he normally wasn't allowed to interact directly like he was doing. But some rules existed to be broken as he wouldn't be the first Overseer to do so.

''Is it time?'' Yahweh asked as he watched as the blond slowly stood to his feet.

''Yes.'' Naruto replied as the creature at his feet glowed before growing in size. ''I'm unsure how long i will be gone for, as such i will place Cicicix in a separate dimension. Locked away as having it run around wouldn't do much good especially since you are one of the few that know just how powerful he truly is. Be warned though for its duty is to keep the world in balance.'' Not waiting any longer as he had nothing more to say Naruto, along with the beast disappeared right in front of Yahweh's eyes.

There was no show of power or anything like such as he operated on such a scale they were unable to comprehend. For a mere glimmer of his power would be enough to drive one insane, their minds unable to measure it properly.

Time flew by as days turned into weeks. Weeks into months which then turned into years yet Naruto didn't return.

On Earth, Yahweh along with his children, his Angels watched as humanity slowly evolved. They began to expand, making contact with others over the globe. They watched and seas and oceans were traversed through with little luck for there was fear that the Earth itself was flat.

Christianity grew as well, a religion that was devoted to him, their God.

The last bit was quite interesting as Yahweh was considered a God. He never labeled himself as such though for that was the kind of person he was.

That didn't deter others from calling him that though and he never complained either. Though more and more Gods rose into power, spreading their own religion and beliefs.

Greek Gods, Norse Gods and Shinto were three of the major ones and considered the most influential and powerful ones after Christianity of course.

It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows however because as years past by as Devils and Fallen Angels increased in numbers.

The Devils who had taken up the Underworld though it was worth of noting that Hades too inhabited said plane. They, the Devils were led by his own sons that he had cast out from Heaven.

Lucifer, Leviathan, Beelzebub and Asmodeus. While they had kept mostly to himself, tensions between them and Heaven had increased recently.

Then there were the Fallen Angels who were led by Azazel, the only twelve winged Fallen who lost his pure wings due to being tempted by pleasure. He wasn't alone however as joining him were several others who either had five or four pairs of wings that helped him keep them together.

Yahweh was worried however as more and more of his children fell which in turn increased the numbers of the Fallen though they were still on the bottom when it came to numbers with Angels leading them and followed by Devils.

Currently Yahweh could be seen floating in mid air, his eyes closed as he processed the thousands of voices he heard each second as people prayed out to him. Wanting his help.

It hadn't been too long, when in consideration to his lifespan that he had began creating Sacred Gears. He had first started creating them to allow people to ease some of his work.

Take Twilight Healing for example which granted the user the ability to Heal anyone, whether they be Angel, Devil or Human.

There were many Sacred Gears with all different purposes. While initially he had only handed them out to humans that were pure, that had changed after several instances of them letting their gift control them.

Since than he had tweaked the system to give them out randomly. The only requirements were that one had to be human, or half for a chance to obtain one.

This method had proven to work out better as one who was born with one could handle them better than someone who had just been given one and didn't understand the ramifications it could potentially have.

Slowly Yahweh opened his eyes as he felt the familiar aura of one of his Seraph appear.

''Michael my son, what bring you here?'' Yahweh asked calmly despite seeing the expression the twelve winged Angel had.

''It's the Devils, father. They have declared war on us.''

''I see, so it has finally come to this.''

''Father?''

Yahweh gave a soft smile. ''At ease, my son. Call the others and tell them it's important but please, don't make a scene.''

''O-of course.'' Michael gave a small bow before a magic circle appeared beneath him and he left.

Once alone Yahweh let out a sigh. He had expected it to happen sooner or later. He knew the darkness that resided in the hearts of his former sons but even despite all of that a part of him hoped it wouldn't happen, not yet.

'I wonder how you are doing now,' He mused softly as he gazed up at the sky that was filled with stars that twinkled brightly. 'My friend.'

And as if he was responded a brief flare of light could be seen before it was gone.

Seen levitating, Naruto had his eyes narrowed slightly as he stared at the supernova that was happening even as he was fifty light years away from it.

He frowned as he watched the light show happening, his current form could easily be overlooked in the vast nothingness of space that surrounded him on all sides.

The reason he was frowning was due the supernova he was watching, something he had caused after speeding up the life of the star that was close to dying and teleporting the celestial body right next to a planet that he deemed to much of a threat.

Something had happened on the planet that caused the life forms to develop low-level reality warping powers that could prove trouble later on. It was only due to the low intelligence of the planet's inhabitants and constant state of war the planet was in that it made it easy for Naruto to take care of it without any opposition. He shuddered as he could imagine an entire planet filled with high tier reality warpers that would decide to spread through the solar system he was currently in.

At least he did them a favor by granting them a quick death as they were reduced to nothing but ashes quicker than they could feel any sort of pain.

This whole 'trip' had taken much longer than it should have. It started with the disturbance that he was initially sent out for which was near the edge of the Milky Way.

It turned out to be nothing but it was caused by a black hole that was slowly losing mass which due to its size caused the surrounding area. An area that was over hundred light years across to weaken it.

He managed to fix it by defying the law of physics and placing a fourth dimensional barrier in space itself where time was sped up in such quantities it slowly disappeared, though much quicker than it would've without him.

Then, once he did that he had to check up on the other side of the milky way as apparently a small group had decided to take over the solar system by force and started spreading out.

Though once he went ahead and took care of it he was rather disappointed as it was rather primitive. Aside from one planet the rest were all lacking in the technology department and they didn't have any interesting abilities either.

So he had just waved his hand, swallowing those that were causing trouble up in one of his personal dimensions that were 'infinite' in size, allowing them to wander forever and never finding anything.

Letting out a soft sigh he turned into the direction he knew the planet called earth was at and began heading towards there in a leisurely pace. Though what was leisurely for him was still several times faster than light but he could check up on a few planets to see if they had any new developments as sector B2q had a rather interesting planet filled with greenery and fauna.

It was a shame he couldn't bring some with him as Yahweh would be delighted to see different creatures. Well, he actually could but he would have to make an entire new pocket dimension with the same conditions the planet they originated from had which was way too much work for something as small as that.

As he traveled through space he caught sight of several bright flashes, some lasting longer than other. The flashes came from either from one of the many quasars spread out through the galaxy or the constant supernova's that were happening or had happened in the past.

He turned as he caught sight of a rather bright pink gas cloud that was clearly visible even as he was at least several tens of thousands of light years away.

It was truly beautiful and he wished more beings could see what he was looking at. Unfortunately there were several rules in place for that an Overseen had to follow, rules that had been in place since the creation of each Universe.

Honestly, Naruto himself wasn't sure what the punishment was were on to break these rules as he never actually but he doubted it would be nice. No one as far as he was aware of had met the Creator though if they were powerful enough to create several Universes and command over beings like Naruto himself the blond could only assume that their power was immeasurable even to him.

Realizing he had been traveling for longer than he expected, and that Earth was still over twenty seven thousand light years away he made use of another ability he had.

Cosmic Teleportation, the ability to teleport anywhere, any time in the Universe.

Naruto entered a subspace which was a separate dimension all together. Using that he instantly located Earth before leaving said dimension. It was like walking through a door from one room to another except in this case one room was the location he currently found himself and the other being wherever he needed to be, though the door could be placed wherever he wanted to be, so to speak.

Immediately upon appearing on Earth, Naruto noticed something was off. First, he couldn't sense Yahweh's presence anywhere, even when he tried to teleport it didn't work. Secondly, he was unable to contact Cici, his pet. A keeper of balance as without it the world was more susceptible to danger, not to mention that it was able to repel any otherworldly forced due to Naruto being able to channel a absolutely tiny fragment of his own energy in the being as he had basically created it.

''Who are you?''

His thoughts were put to a halt as a soft sounding voice, like a pair of bells that were chiming. Slowly Naruto turned around only to meet several masked humans with each holding a weapon he recognized as a katana in their hands.

Naruto didn't look worrier one bit though. No, instead his gaze was locked onto the feminine figure that appeared to be the leader and for the first time in his long, long existence he felt his breathe leave his lungs. Though it was worthy of noting that he didn't actually need to breath per se despite having a heart beat.

In his long existence as Overseer Naruto had visited hundreds of thousands of planets and met thousands of different races with women of all sorts offering themselves to him. Despite that though the woman in front of him was, in his opinion, the epitome of beauty. Even Gabriel, whom Yahweh described as Heaven's most beautiful woman couldn't compare.

Though perhaps it was due to her innocence that was a bit off putting to him at least.

She had delicate facial features with her eyebrows cut short and round, something that made her golden eyes that held slitted pupils stand out more than it already did. Blonde hair framed her face that was currently tied in a rather loose ponytail that went all the way down her legs.

She was currently clad in a type of clothing that revealed a lot of skin and despite trying, his gaze lingered briefly at her breast that were quite eye catching. Though something else that caught his eye were the blonde fox ears on top of her head and the nine long, blonde tails that swayed behind her.

''I asked, who are you?''

Once more her voice pulled him from his gazing and he blinked before looking up at her face and noting the light flush on her cheeks though mixed with the look of seriousness on her face caused Naruto to experience feelings he didn't know he could have.

''I am Naruto, can you tell me who you are and where i am?'' He asked her politely as he didn't want to upset her. While he could read her mind there was a possibility she would be aware and attempt to attack him.

The thought of being forced to fight the blonde woman who he assumed was a Youkai from what Yahweh had told him when telling him about people with animal features caused unpleasant feelings to rise to the surface.

''Well Naruto-san, you are currently in Kyoto, Japan. As for who i am, you can call me Yasaka. Now, may i ask what you are doing here as i don't recognize you.''

''Japan?'' Naruto repeated, sounding confused as he looked around. ''That's interesting, last time i was here there hadn't been any names for these landmasses.''

He realized he said something wrong as he took in the tense posture each of them now held along with the narrow eyes look the blonde vixen was giving him.

Yasaka narrowed her eyes as she stared at the man with suspicion. Already he had manage to enter here without being sensed, it was only due to one of her guards telling her that he had seen him with his own two eyes that she took action.

And now, he revealed that he was old. At least several millenia if his words were to believed.

Despite that Yasaka didn't sense any danger coming from the blond who she had caught staring at her earlier. She didn't mind it really as her current outfit was quite revealing and she would admit that he was rather handsome.

His exotic blond spiky hair and deep blue eyes along with the rather interesting clothing he wore were all foreign to Kyoto or Japan in general aside from supernatural that she'd seen.

However, upon a closer look she also noted that his presence was rather.. faint. Like he wasn't there yet he clearly was.

She knew that Ophis and Great Red both were unable to be sensed due to their power being higher by such an amount but this was different. He didn't feel like a Devil, Fallen or Angel either.

His name however sounded quite Japanese. Naruto, which she assumed meaned whirlpool.

Deciding to take her chances the busty blonde spoke. ''Naruto-san, i'd like to invite you into my office where we can talk, in private.'' A few guards were about to protest but a single glance from her stopped them.

Naruto looked at her before he nodded. He didn't bother mentioning that he could simply shift both of them in a separate dimension altogether but if there wasn't any need for it then why should should he?

Though Naruto silently patted himself on the back as he was rewarded with a beautiful smile from the woman upon agreeing with her.

''Very well, follow me please and don't wander off.''

''So Naruto-san, can you please tell me some more about you? While you have given your name i'm sure you understand that i'm still quite suspicion as you did appear out of nowhere, report tells me.'' Yasaka told the man sitting opposite of her as she crossed her fingers and rested them beneath her chin. Her golden eyes staring at the blue hues of his eyes.

The blond sent her a soft smile as he nodded. ''Of course but, i have an easier way to do so if you'd allow me?''

Yasaka narrowed her eyes slightly. ''That depends on how…''

''I have an ability that allows me to project my own memories inside of someone. You would see events play out from my point of view. Of course it's only what i allow you to see but i promise that it will be more than satisfy your suspicions.''

''You can do that?'' She asked as she looked shocked at such an ability as she was sure that there were more possibilities than what he just said.

''Correct, i can do it even without permission as the minds of people here are rather unprotected. I'm asking permission out of respect.''

''I see.'' She thought about it for a moment before she slowly nodded. ''Very well, i'll allow you to do so.''

''Thank you.'' He told her. ''Now, simply close your eyes and i will begin.''

Still a bit hesitant, Yasaka nonetheless complied as she closed her eyes. Nothing seemed to happen at first and she was about to open them, thinking he lied but then it came.

Images began to form before they played out and she watched, almost like she was there herself. She saw him travel through space, moving at speeds that would be incomprehensible to anyone but him. She watched in shock as he visited several planets with all sorts of weird creatures. She even saw woman of all sorts offer themselves to him which he politely declined, something that strangely filled her with relief.

A different image began to play, this one showing his arrival to Earth and his meeting with none other than the Biblical God himself. She watched them interact like they were friends, she even saw the birth of the first Angels! The image shifted to Naruto sitting beneath a beautiful tall tree in what she would call paradise, catching small snippets of their conversation about the existence of more Universes along with his status as Overseer. her shock further increased as she saw the beast, said to be one of the strongest beings in existence treated as a pet.

Though she had to admit that it looked anything but threatening in that state.

She was further shocked as she learned that the supposed Beast of Apocalypse, the beast that said to be one of the reasons for God's demise was supposed to be a keeper of balance. Then that image died when he informed Yahweh that he was leaving.

New images formed in her mind. These showing her him some of his powers. Spatial Manipulation, as she watched him teleport an entire star out of nowhere before using what appeared to be Time Manipulation to speed up its death, triggering an explosion that was immeasurable. She couldn't think of any words to describe what she was seeing though it was beautiful.

A few more images were shown but she wasn't paying much attention, still shocked by what she previously had seen that she only managed to gather that it was him conversing with other beings though she was surprised she could understand what was being said but assumed it was due to the fact it were his memories and he had an ability to understand any language.

The memories ended after a few more showings of beings that too could destroy planets with ease though they revealed to be no match as Naruto simply took care of them.

Slowly Yasaka opened her eyes and stared at the blond in front of her in shock, her fingers- No, her entire form trembled as she was sitting in the same room a being of such power.

Quickly she bowed her head. ''Please forgive me for my earlier actions Naruto-sama.'' She begged as she realized she had threatened a man whose pet was one of the strongest beings in existence, though she now knew better and she doubted it would even be in the top thousand just from basing her assumption on what she had seen.

''Please don't bow.'' Naruto asked as he understood the 'sama' she added after his name. He didn't like seeing her like this compared to before where she had this aura around her that made her all the more attractive in his eyes.

''A-Alright.'' She slowly rose her head to see him still smiling at her. ''Is there anything i, i can help you with?''

''Yes, why can't i sense Yahweh anywhere and what happened to my pet? The personal dimension i created is gone and i can't sense it either.''

Here Yasaka swallowed as she prepared to tell him the rather unfortunate news.

As she told him what happened with both of them she watched as the blond closed his eyes for a handful of seconds before opening them. ''I see, that's unfortunate. He was the reason i kept returning here each time. I will have to start looking for my pet as well as i wondered what caused it to act like such.''

''W-wait!'' Yasaka said with wide eyes as she realized what he just said. ''I don't think that would be a good idea Naruto-sama. The Factions.. chaos would happen if you were to do that. Several Angels had fallen once they understood that it was partly Trihexa's fault for God's death. Not to mention that no one even knows where it was sealed.''

''I see, perhaps it would be smart to wait before i free my pet… Trihexa.'' He added the title it had been bestowed after a short pause. He idly wondered what the cause was for his name as he had given it the name Cicicix. Though perhaps a possible misunderstanding as it sounded much like 666 which he assumed Trihexa was derived from.

''As for where it is at, i assure you that finding it won't be a problem and neither would be freeing it. Yahweh, while he was a friend, his power is honestly not that impressive if you know of what is out there and i myself am proof of just what there is.''

''I understand. What will you do next Naruto-sama?''

''First of all, please no need for 'sama' as i like you using just my name.'' A small blush covered Yasaka's cheeks at that. ''Well, i'll be staying here on Earth a bit longer then i can't let it alone without… Trihexa being free. Still going to have to get used to that. Also, while there are uncountable planets out there, very few are like this one and i owe it to Yahweh to make sure this world doesn't end up destroying itself.''

Hearing that Yasaka smiled as she thought of something. ''Then, i would like to offer you to stay here in Kyoto for the time being. Unless you have other plans of course.''

Naruto shook his head. ''I don't so i will take you on that offer.'' Perhaps he could get to know her better as well. She was the first woman caused certain feelings to rise up which he didn't think he actually had. Existing for so long and constantly alone with the exception of a select few made him bury certain emotions he had that would only make his job much harder.

Likewise, Yasaka too had similar thoughts as well. While it was way too early to say she was in love with him, she couldn't deny that there was attraction. He was powerful, immensely so and to supernatural creatures there was nothing more attractive than that. She knew she was beautiful and very much wanted so perhaps she could seduce him and together the Youkai Faction would rise to the top, no longer looked down upon by the Big Three.

With that in mind she stood up, her breast jiggling as a result and she noticed his gaze move towards them before he too stood up. Seeing his reaction her plan might be possible after all.

So, as you see Naruto is OP as fuck. You might be wondering how this will be any fun as there are no threats to him. Well, that's partially true but if you paid attention i left plenty of hints on how there will, can and are threats to him despite his position and power. The only hint i'm giving is that it involves the rules that have been set in place that Naruto is required to follow.

Now as for Naruto's known powers:

Spatial Manipulation, Cosmic Teleportation, Time Manipulation, Personal Dimension, Memory Implantation, Spatial Force-Field Generation, Transcendent Physiology(Partial), Blessing Inducement and Life Creation.

Those are quite a lot yes but there will be weaknesses of course though how and what sort will be revealed in time.
