Chapter 1
A scream could be heard throughout the halls of East High, A scream that could only belong to Sharpay Evans.
"What do you mean that we're not going to the Halloween party?" Sharpay, who had quieted down a little, asked her boyfriend Zeke.
"I have something better. I thought you might like to visit a haunted house since I know you like scary movies." Zeke replied.
"Y-You did that for me?" she asked. At this the rest of the gang went to homeroom and their morning classes b/c they knew that it could easily become mushy between Zeke and Sharpay.
-Homeroom with Ms. Darbus-
"Why did you guys leave?" Sharpay asked no one in particular.
"Because, you and Zeke made out, am I right?" Kayty said. Sharpay's
blushing answered Kaytys' question. After this short conversation homeroom ended.
"Well Ryan, Kayty, Troy, Gabby, Kelsi and I have drama." Sharpay said as the group walked out into the hallway.
"Chad, Jason and I have Spanish." Taylor said.
"And I have home economics." Zeke said as the group of friends parted ways to their different classes.
-Lunch with the group-
"So where is this haunted house?" Sharpay asked.
"I'm not quite sure. Somewhere on the outskirts of Albuquerque," Zeke answered, "The address is something like 13 Reaper Avenue I think."
"Wait! 12 Reaper Avenue?" Gabby asked nervously. Zeke nodded affirmatively.
"It's just that 13 Reaper Avenue doesn't have the best history. See these 2 teenage girls were best friends. Well, anyways these 2 girls were foster kids and their current foster parents were gone for the evening or something. The girl's former foster dad came in and killed the 2 girls. It's said that their spirits haunt the place scaring the people that are brave enough to enter. The people are never the same when they get out. That is if they get out." She finished.
"I thought you haven't lived here long." Said Troy.
"I haven't. Kayty was telling me all about it." Gabby replied.
