Two years after the defeat of Grima all seems back to normal. Ylisse is at peace once more, no threat of war, and brigand activity has decreased. The Grimleal have decreased in numbers if not disappeared altogether and the Exalt has the one he loves at his side once more.
Chrom, many thoughts can be formed by his name, but one thought comes up the most. Robin, the amnesic tactician of the shepherds who changed the tide of battle many times with her ingenious strategies and the wife to the exalt of course.
Many stories tell of these two as well the rest of the shepherds, stories of a young prince and his tactician wife defeating evil tyrants and a dark god leading armies of undead to destroy all things living and a blade that was blessed to stop all of this madness.
The stories have grown so popular that they found them in lands foreign to both Valm and Ylisse. They tell of a land ruled by a dragon tyrant with scales black as night and as large as a mountain with an army of all his worshippers willing to die for his rule and stories of resistance led by the undead with the weapons blessed by the divines themselves. Some may consider these comedic or false, try telling that to the people of Tamriel.
The story starts at the time of the a new Emperor when war is held between its own borders and a hero who will save the world from the end times. In their tongue he is Dovahkiin, or Dragonborn.
