"Why can't we tell him," she whined, looking up at her partner with begging eyes. He rolled his eyes and sighed; this wasn't the first time she asked. "You can't hide it forever you know. Eventually he'll find out." She fiddled with his fingers and looked down at them. Soon she was pleading him with her blue eyes again. Again he shook his head. She stomped her foot, "Why not, Lucas! It's so hard to hide it! I mean look at this face! You can't feed 'no' to this face!"

"Not yet, Dawn," he replied softly, "Not until we have to."

"But…" she fiddled with her blue hair, "wouldn't it be much easier that way?" It seemed he was thinking it through, "Come on Lucey!"

He rolled his eyes again, "Fine, but don't push it."

"Yes!" Dawn exclaimed relieved, "Brock, your experimental soup… it fails."

Brock raised an eyebrow, "Really?" Dawn nodded slowly with an apologetic face, "Thanks for your honesty, Dawn," he smiled.

The blue-haired girl turned back to her friend and stuck out her tongue, "Told you so," she whispered victoriously poking her finger in his face smirking.

"Shut up…" he grumbled and turned away with arms crossed.
