Prologue
Hi I'm Shadow. I'm a freshman at Crimlick High school. I'm fifteen years old. I don't know who my real dad is yet… My mom hasn't said a lot about him. She does not even have any pictures of him so even if you asked I couldn't tell you. I can't even tell you his name.
Chapter 1 That Day
As always I got to school around 7:50 and like and like always went to homeroom. "Hey Shadow", said one of girls wearing a green shirt.
"Hey Kate", I replied. Sitting next to her were my other friends Blaze, Zero, and Ace.
"So did you hear about the attacks on the school?'' Blaze asked me.
"Yeah it's all over the news," I said..
For the first time Ace and Kate fell silent.
"Hey guys are you okay?," I asked.
"Yeah," They both said quickly.
But they were talking under there breaths We... protect...
I was about to say something when there was a crash ,and the roof fell down. Then something came in it was a monster.
"I'm looking for Shadow Ginwolfwer." It said.
"WHO is that?" I said in an attempt to get away.
He smiled and held up a picture of me.
"I'm sure your him." he said
He grabbed me and put something on my mouth.
The last thing I remember is screaming and nothing.
