Donna looked along the shelves of the supermarket as she placed various items in her trolley. The Doctor had given her a list, but she wasn't sticking to it. She walked through the cosmetics section. There was a tall blonde woman standing there giving away free samples of something or other. As Donna got closer she saw that they were samples of a new DIY hair dying kit. Absently she placed one in her trolley and kept going.
'That's funny,' she thought, 'I've never seen free samples of hair dye before'

Donna stepped back into the TARDIS and threw the small box at the Doctor. Luckily he caught it,
'This wasn't on the list,' he frowned at her.
'Relax! It was free, they were just giving them away to everyone'
'Why didn't you get me ginger?' he teased, trying to hide his sorrow. It was a bright blonde colour, the sort that Rose used to use on her hair. Maybe he could slip it into Donna's shampoo for a laugh to cheer himself up…

Donna climbed out of the shower and passed the mirror. A loud scream ripped through the otherwise peaceful TARDIS. The Doctor raced to the bathroom just in time to see a red faced Donna pull the towel off her head.
'I WILL kill you…as soon as I'm dressed' she shoved him out of the door and turned back to the mirror. Maybe being blonde wasn't so bad she thought to herself. But she wasn't blonde! Her hair was green! Her hair was too dark for the dye to work so had just met half way. She looked like an alien, however clique that was, it was true.
