Drabble #47: Perfection

Cloud hadn't ever understood why women spent so long with hair and make up, especially the ones who were beautiful already. Maybe they just didn't realize their beauty but whatever the reason, he still didn't understand.
Yuffie never wore makeup but she was more a tomboy character than girly so nobody was really surprised when she said she hated the products. Tifa wore a little around her eyes and sometimes she applied some lip-gloss. Her hair was straightened every morning but it was always thrown in a ponytail afterwards.
Aeris, on the other hand, had perfect make up that was both subtle and brought out her features. Her hair always sat beautifully in its braid, no lose hairs traveling in every direction, her ribbon was always perfectly tied at the top and the white materia sat perfectly behind it. However, the blonde leader didn't understand why she had made her makeup and hair perfect, after all, she was breathtakingly beautiful anyway. He might never plan on saying it aloud but Cloud thought Aeris wasted her time with her outfits and beauty routines.
She was perfect already.
