He always knew when she arrived because a feeling of warmth travelled through him, pooling into his heart. It comforted him. It made him feel loved and wanted for once in his miserable life. She took her place behind him and they were silent for a moment.

"I miss you," she said eventually. "I know I always said you had to get over things but now, I miss the company."

Cloud sighed softly, pushing his hair back out of his face. "I guess it would be lonely," he replied, folding his arms across his chest. He felt her nod behind him. "Do you see anything except the lifestream and this flower field?"

"No," she answered softly, a hint of sadness clinging to her voice. Cloud's gaze drifted towards his motorcycle, which was parked beside the flower field.

"I wish it wasn't like this," he muttered. She laughed softly because it reminded her of what he was like with Geostigma.

"Hey, you drive here, that's enough for me," she replied, placing her hand on his arm, her fingers brushing her old pink ribbon that he had tied there. "Besides, wherever you go, I'm always there, right?"

A ghost of a smile played on Cloud's face as he softly answered. "Right."

He heard her turn around and put her head on his shoulder in a gesture of comfort. Cloud wanted nothing more than to turn around and look into the gorgeous green eyes that he remembered but he knew he couldn't, she would just disappear.

"So when you drive around, make sure to go to some amazing places okay? I want to see them," she whispered, surprising him by kissing his cheek. His cheeks burned and she had to restrain the giggle that attempted to escape her lips. He turned his head to see her soft brown curls.

"I promise," he replied.

She smiled in thanks, squeezing his shoulder. "Thank you, Cloud."

He nodded and slowly made his way to his bike, starting the engine. He glanced in her direction but she was standing with her back to him. He kicked the stand off the ground allowing the bike to drive away at last.

But it didn't matter how far he drove, she would always be there with him.
