A/N- Enjoy my first Lizzie McGuire fanfic. It's pure fluff. Thanks to mustardgirl1128, my wonderful, patient, beta-ing friend. Thanks Lola!
Disclaimer:If I owned Lizzie McGuire, I would be in Hollywood, hanging out with Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp. (To name a few hotties )
"Gordo? I was wondering, do you, uh, wannagooutsometime?"
"What the hell did you just say, Liz?" Gordo replied confusedly.
"Do you wanna, uh go out sometime?" Lizzie asked quickly.
It wasn't like her chances were slim; she was gorgeous, with light blond hair cascading down her shoulders. Also, Gordo had shown slight feelings for her in the past.
She was jolted back to earth when she saw Gordo nodding his head. She grinned, giggled, and took out her cell phone. "Omigod, thank you so much! I need to call Miranda to figure out what to we-" Lizzie stopped in mid sentence. Miranda had dumped Lizzie and Gordo for Kate Sanders, shunting Claire out of the picture. "I guess I'll call uh, Claire now," she said awkwardly.
"So five o'clock tomorrow, Liz?" Gordo asked quietly. She nodded, forced a smile and hurried away to her locker, already dialing Claire's number.
Lizzie and Gordo sat down on the steps outside the university. Gordo's eyes happily stated that he had a great time. Lizzie had to agree with him. They had enjoyed a very successful date.
"We should leave⦠My parents will be worried," Lizzie said sadly. She got up to go, kissed her hand, and placed it on his cheek. Then she quickly walked away, blushing.
"Liz, wait!" Gordo shouted after her. She turned around and he kissed her on the cheek. She smiled, and kissed him on the cheek. Then they both leaned forward, and their lips met. It was a moment of pure bliss. The teenagers were so in love. The kiss deepened, but was soon broken off. They both looked resentful, but soon went their separate ways after a quick hug.
Lizzie called a taxi, and arrived home still floating on a cloud.
The next morning, Lizzie took a little extra time in the bathroom just to impress Gordo. AN: "Cough cough, Hannah Montana." runs away from a mob of angry Hannah Montana fans Lizzie wore a blue 'dress' top with silver polka dots and a cami under it. As pants she wore some cute black leggings. She applied golden eye shadow, mascara and eyeliner lightly, as she liked to be 'natural'. She had sparkling caramel looking lip-gloss on and some gold blush onto her slightly high cheekbones.
Lizzie smiled at her reflection and flew down the stairs; narrowly avoiding a banana peel planted by Matt, her pesky little brother. She popped a weight watcher's yogurt into her backpack, waved goodbye to her parents and hustled toward the door.
Lizzie couldn't wait to walk to school with Gordo. She was still reliving their romantic date. Then she spotted the unmistakably curly brown hair of David Gordon, the sweetest boyfriend ever.
"Davy!" she called, using her nickname for him in kindergarten. He grinned at the name and rushed over to her, pecking her on the cheek.
"I brought you flowers," he said shyly. "And may I add that you look especially sexy today, as my girlfriend?"
"You may, dahling," Lizzie replied, using her 'tea party' voice. They laughed and set off into the distance, which in the early hour, was more like the sunset.
A/N- You like? You hate? R&R! PS- I just kind of thought of the plot and put it down.
