The Morning After
Summary: James finally gets Lily but then realises just what he's got himself into. One shot.
Disclaimer: Don't own anything but the plot so back off.
James had been up since 6 o'clock that morning, too tired to get up yet too much awake to go back to sleep. He looked at Lily lying next to him. Two weeks they'd been together and there hadn't been one dull moment yet. They could be having a blazing row then in end up in bed ten minutes later. Talk about love/hate relationships!
His fingers started to trace the marks on his arms where her fingernails had dug in the night before. Memories of the night before all came flooding back to him. Lily pushing him onto the bed, ripping off his clothes, tugging at his hair. The girl was mad, crazy, out of her mind. Two weeks ago he would've given anything just to be with her. But now…she was too much. She wore him out. He was constantly trying to fathom her out, wondering what she was going to do next.
There'd be times where he'd think she was the most beautiful girl on Earth and that he was the luckiest guy on Earth for having her. Then there'd be the times when he'd like nothing more than to shoot her.
Either way he had to do something. She was like a rollercoaster going way too fast and if he didn't get off soon then he would throw up.
There you go. Review please. :) I might invent some friends for her and have their POV's. And I might kill her as this was meant to be a Joan of Arcadia fic about Judith but it didn't fit in with Friedman. You probably didn't get that so just ignore it. If I do though it'll be in a separate fic as a little series thing.
