I will never leave you
You can hear her scream "your mine" as he stands still, stuck in time
"How do you know that I'm yours?" He asks her in a monotone voice.
She just stares at him and cries "Because I love and miss you"
Shes choking on her own tears
which have sprung from her darkest fears
Her murky eyes stare directly at him
She can't see him however, and never has
But still, she had fallen in love with him so fast
he rushes over and wraps his arms around her
beneath the swaying branches of the Conifers
Her tears stream down her dirty face, tracing a jagged path in the dirt
Never has she felt more alone or hurt
He pulls away gently and pushes her teary face up too meet his gaze.
"I wish I could have seen what you look like, everything feels so wrong" she says through the tears
he gazes into her eyes, longing to do more
from his lips, 2 words he forms
"stay strong"
he fades away into the background as shes left alone again, hugging herself
she buries her face into the earth and cries even harder
"but how can I..."
"WAKE UP"
The strong voice shouts in her head, jerking her awake
She wipes the tears from her eyes but still she quakes
"I wish I could hug you again" she softly says to the blackness around her
She pictures what she thinks he looked like in her mind
As she starts to cry, she swears she can feel his arms wrap around her from behind
"I will never leave you" Is all she hears as a cold breeze blows through the campsite, pushing her raven bangs around her face As she sits and wishes to once again feel his warm embrace
