Everyone is afraid of something. Rational fears exist, like the fear of being burnt that keeps our hands away from the burners on stoves. But irrational fears exist too, things from spiders to clowns to the extremely terrifying Clown Sharks (look it up youtube). Some of the things people are afraid of are downright stupid.
Octavian Steve Alexander is one of those stupid peoples. His fears are irrational but explainable. He only has three fears really.
Well. It might be safe to assume you might not know who Octavian Steve Alexander is. I'm not going to go into detail, but I'll just tell you that Octavian is the Augur at Camp Jupiter, a special camp for special people, demigods to be exact. You probably know what demigods are, because this fanfiction is not able to be viewed by regular mortals. Augurs are supposed to sacrifice animals and be able to see the future in their innards. Gross I know, the good news however is that is not what Octavian Steve Alexander does. Instead he sacrifices stuffed animals and is able to see the future in the toy's stuffing.
So really his fear is entirely rational.
Except it isn't.
I bet you really really want to know what his fear is. Okay I'll tell you.
But first you need to know something. Octavian really likes the Disney movies. He likes Wreck it Ralph and all the Princess movies and almost everything by Pixar. ALMOST everything by Pixar. Three movies he doesn't particularly like.
Toy Story. Toy Story 2. Toy Story 3. Its not that hard to figure out why. If you've ever brutally murdered about a thousand stuffed toys then it would kind of freak you out if you thought Stuffed Toys could come to life. Especially if even broken toys (like the ones Sid messed with) and toys that downright loathe humans (Like Lotso). Octavian would have nightmares of stuffed toys he murdered taking his knife and murdering him. It would make him wake up sweating.
When he reached the underworld one of his punishments were to watch the three movies over and over again with You've Got a Friend In Me (which is ironic because Octavian never had any friends) playing over and over again. When he heard that Pixar was making a fourth movie he nearly peed his pants. Except he was a ghost, so he didn't have pants.
So there you have it demigods. Never slaughter a lot of stuffed toys and expect to make it through a toy story movie without nightmares for weeks.
