The arachnids scientific name is Lilli Fiori, more commonly known as the purple flower tarantula. In 1749 Lilli Fiori was named by the only Danish and Italian biologist Leonardo Ostergaard. Lilli Fiori give live birth and carry their babies on their backs for ten years then leave them in purple flowers in the canopy of the forest. Fun fact Lilli Fiori always have exactly 9 babies. They live for approximately two hundred years. Lilli Fiori are able to live for so long because they are poisonous and only one animal can eat them, the Ghetto Sloth. The excess amount of grease in the sloths hair neutralizes the Lilli's toxins. Lilli Fioris' purple camouflage comes in handy while waiting for prey. The Lilli Fiori only eats red eyed tree frogs. Lilli live in the center of large purple flowers and spend most of their days sleeping. Fun fact, Lilli only have to eat once every week. The Lilli Fiori is extremely rare with only one thousand living in the wild.
