The Doctor Enlists Some Help

River is captured by Madame Kovarian and the Silence. The only clue to where she is rests in one of the Doctor's old companions (Mickey, Martha, Sarah Jane or Jack.) How will he get their help when they think he is dead and River is the one who murdered him? Rated T for torture.

Doctor

I was feeling lonely even with Clara (and I knew the old girl did too) so I decided to visit River. I pushed the buttons and flicked the levers and with the old girl helping I arrived at Stormcage in record time.

"Where are we, Doctor?" Clara asked.

"Stormcage, the highest security prison in the universe" I answered, directly of course.

"Why are we in the highest security prison in the universe?" She asked, jumping to the next logical question.

"To see a very important woman, so stay here" I ordered.

I didn't want her to see Clara just yet as I wanted alone time with my wife. I hadn't told Clara about River yet and I knew River wouldn't be happy about it but how did I tell a companion I was married? I didn't know and Clara, none the less. She was very inquisitive and I didn't want to spill all of River's life story.

"Why do I have to stay?" Clara contested.

"Because I said so but I'll let you pick a destination in a few days" I said, harshly but then relented.

"A few days. Is this important woman joining us"?" She perceptively asked.

"Hopefully" I replied.

Then I left the tardis before Clara could ask me any more questions.
