The Mira Kuru Strikes Again
The Green Arrow and his team are out on a dark cold night attempting to stop the usual bank heist, when they have a run in with a woman. The Green Arrow and the Black Canary at first don't see her as a +threat. They attempt to get her out of the situation when she picks up a car and throws it at them. The Black Canary dives for cover as the Green Arrow grabs an explosive arrow, fires it and blows up the car in midair. The smokeclears and the woman is nowhere to be found. The Green Arrow barely able to take in what just happened says in a faint voice,
"I cant believe it, there's no way"
Laurel answers with a smart alick response "Well believe it,"
Arrow says, " But it's impossible we destroyed it. This cant be happening."
Team Arrow trying to rap their heads around what just happened during the bank heist, have been hearing all the stories about insanely strong man and women attacking the people who are of great importance to Star City's future, making it clear that whoever is behind this doesn't want the city to strive and flourish but want it to die, burn to the ground. But why?
While watching and fighting off the unbelievably strong soldiers,-
Arrow notices they fight a lot like the League of Assassins. Laurel Lance having her suspicions that the League was behind this goes to meet with Ras-al-guols daughter in Nanta Parbat. Laurel comes home with solid evidence leading to Ras-al-goul and reason to believe he somehow got his hands on the Miri Kuru serum and is planning to destroy Star City.
Digel and Thea decide they are going to attempt to capture one of the Mira Kura soldiers. They set up in an old junk yard and use their imagination to come up with a plan and prepare for the soldier. Using Thea as bait they lure the soldier in. Digel sitting behind the controls of a wrecking ball and swings it at the soldier. Thea ducked right when the soldiers about to grab her, when the wrecking ball knocks the soldier out. They handcuff him with cuffs designed to hold a great amount of pressure and take him back to the Arrow Cave.
Felicity scans the soldier finding a fake electronic tooth connected to his brain that controls the soldier. Tracking the signal from the tooth back to the source, Felicity is able to hack into the system. Because the soldiers were injected with the Mira Kuru, the only way to stop them was to kill them. Because the tooth is connected to the soldiers brain, she was able to do that with only the push of a button.
There was nothing stopping Ras-al-goul from making the soldiers. The team heads to the warehouse where Felicity tracked the signal. They are shocked by what they found. Hundreds of gallons of Mira Kuru and everything they needed to make as many soldiers as they need.
The team puts several hundred pounds of C4 in the building and blows it all away, so no one will ever be able to use it or cause any harm ever again. Team Arrow knowing Ras-al-jual knows he will not stop at this. He will do everything in his power to destroy Star City. But why? What could possibly be there that means so much to the league?
