A/N~ Ack! As if it's been months since i last posted something. CURSE YOU EVIL COURSEWORK. So here's a little fluffy Pines twin moment for y'all.
Dipper looked up from where he was reading the Great Gatsby when he heard the telltale thump from the kitchen. Carefully marking his spot, he debated whether or not to grab his phone to take yet another embarrassing photo in what he was mentally referring to as the Mabel V Caffeine Chronicles. Deciding against it he made his way to the kitchen, where sure enough Mabel was slumped face down on the table, the impact not even breaking through her crash induced slumber. Sighing, Dipper gently turned her face towards him, exhaling once more, this time in relief, seeing no mark or swelling from where Mabel's head hit the table. Pausing briefly to calculate exactly how he was going to wrangle her from the chair and upstairs to her room. He pushed her up into a sitting position, which caused her to stir gently, figuring that this would go a lot easier if she was at least partially conscious, he shook her a little. Mabel's eyelids fluttered a little and she mumbled something incoherently.
"Mabel unless you want to sleep down here, gonna need a little help here." Dipper grumbled as her head lolled about trying to find a comfy position. He pulled her arms around his neck, encouraging her to grab onto his shoulders, before pulling her legs up and proceeded to carry her on his back up the stairs. Thankful of the secret workouts he'd been doing when Mabel assumed he was studying he managed to get them both up the stairs without too much effort. Opening Mabel's door without dropping or both of her legs was a little bit more difficult but after a lot of wriggling and juggling he got it ajar before opening it fully with his foot. Unsurprisingly Mabel's room looked like a tornado full of glitter had whirled through it and Dipper was carefully not to brush against anything in case it set off a mini glitter storm. Sitting both him and Mabel on the bed, he gently prised her hands from his shoulders and with a little finesse got her situated on the bed properly. Pulling the covers up to her chin and brushing away a stray lock of hair from her face, Dipper turned to leave the room when Mabel rolled over in her sleep, curling up into a ball, mumbling not so incoherently.
"Love you Dip."
"Love you too Mabes."
