So, I wanted to write something. My muse was being stubborn so I posted this silly thing. This is a form of writing I have seen quite often, thought I would give a hand in it. Sorry, it is awful. T_T Very hesitant about even posting it. *hides from readers* Pretty please review?

It was a quiet night.

"Oi, Oz."

"Hmm?"

"What are fairy-tales? Are they tasty?"

"Eh?"

"I was looking at those big squares Sharon always has her nose stuck in-"

"Books, Alice."

"Ah, okay. Books. Well, anyway, I was looking at them earlier, they were a whole bunch of scribbles, so Sharon offered to read a few to me."

"That was nice of her."

"I guess, she made me agree to call her big sister for a couple of weeks."

"..."

"Servant. Answer the question."

"Haha. Right, um, fairy-tales are stories of princess and princesses, dragons, knights, people with happy endings, and true love."

"Sounds stupid."

"Books just aren't your style."

"They don't taste like meat, that makes them stupid."

"What happens to the people who don't get their happy ending?"

"Hmm, they become the villians."

"They... Does that mean we are villians?"

"Why would you say that?"

"Well, we don't seem to have a happy ending."

"We are together. That seems like a happy ending to me."

"Eh?! O-Oi..Oz...you are saying stupid stuff again."

"Hehe. And..I don't think we have reached the end yet, Alice."

"Where is the end?"

"The end can be wherever! The end can be here, or there, or over that ways."

"Say stuff I can understand, servant!"

"Haha, um, it is only the end if you assume the story is about you?"

"Are you saying the story isn't about me?"

"What made you think it was?"

"It would be a much better story if it was about me. Not that stupid seaweed head or something. You can be my idiot sidekick."

"Ooh, I want to wear a cape!"

"I shall grant you permission to wear such a garment."

"Great!"

"Oz...stop posing. It is creepy."

"So, the end is wherever we say it is?"

"I hope so..."

"Eh? Will the end come soon?!"

"...Don't worry, Alice. I will stay with you forever."

"I am not worried!"

"..."

...

"...How long is forever?"

"Sometimes just a second."

The wind blew by them, their shoulders barely touching as the young girl and young boy stared up at the clear night sky.

"That wasn't bad reply for a servant...even if I didn't understand it. Did you make that up?"

"I read it in a book a long time ago..."

The boy entwined his hand with the young girl's with a small, yet bright smile on his face.

" Don't get touchy! I am your master and-."

"Yes, yes, I am just trying to show you that you are my happy ending, Alice."

"Baka."
