Where It All Begins
This world. That World. This Universe. That Universe. Everything has a beginning. Everything has an end. This is where it all begins… where the legend lost to time awakens… The power to shake universes, the power to quake the space-time balance. The power to bring light to all, or consume all in a blaze of darkness. Two creatures, thought to be extinct and non-existent, bearing two halves of an ancestral rage formed by years of torture and abuse. Their offspring: a rarity in two rights. A Shiny Pokemon with seemingly normal attributes. Not even the goddess of this universe would know of the hidden fury within.
The end of a 100 year war. The start of corruption and tragedy. The end of two legends lives, but the child lives fine. The journey they would encompass would change the fate of the entire world. A single man, psychotic and far off the deep end. Mindless murder and torture. He is the way of an iron fist. Two children, innocent and pure. First coward, Second playful, but hearts beating as one…
The legend goes as follows:
"At the darkest hour of midnight, a single soul of purity will rise out of the darkness and light the way. Two beings of great power, one light, one black. Their conflict spoken for a millenia, say. The creature of light, fueled by years of anger and the powers of all the innocent souls lost around him. The creature of dark, fueled by corruption and the fears of the weak. Only one survives. The light, however, would not illuminate the darkness for long. Two choices, both fate sealing in the end. Burn up all their life energy to destroy the dark soul in front of them and be put into a deep sleep, never to wake again, or give in to the anger and expel their fury, obliterating the whole galaxy and in turn, fulfilling the desires of the creature of dark. Whichever is chosen will seal the fate of any and all lives. Silence is all that follows, but the hero is lost forever."
A sole island. Paradise and beautiful. Sleeping legend will awaken. When judgement day arrives, the whole world will hold its breath.
PD: What's up!? PokeDopes Author 1 here! I know for a FACT that some have been waiting for this story to be updated, but we got a whole rewritten thing comin at ya! NOW, bear with me on this... we have two heavy stories being worked on at the same time, so don't expect weekly uploads or anything. Story gets uploaded when I have new chapters ready. BTW, this chapter is really a prologue of sorts. Actual chapters will be meaty and full of substance. Anyway, See you in the next chapter!
