My Angel of the Night... she was everything to me. She was so kind and loving. Her red hair glistened in the moonlight. When we embraced, I could feel her warmth against me.
A millennium ago we made vows to each other, we pledged our love. I still remember the vows I made: "You and I are one, now and forever."
But now she is bitter and so different from the gargoyle I once knew. Her hatred of humans has dissolved any love she once had for me.
I must move on, and hopefully find another Angel of the Night.
