Dracarius: a creature much like the Dracaria. Not much is known about the Dracarius except it is only born when it's human 'equivalent' is born a dream seer and said human was concieved on a full moon. The only dream seers born with a Dracarius 'twin' (see Ricanai) on records dating back to 120 B.C. were Alelxis Xsisy in 120 B.C. and Hikari Kokari in 1212 A.D. Both Xsisy and Kokari were powerful, but both died a painful death.
