she pulled her coat collar tighter around her neck, tilting her head down and scrunching her eyes closed to combat the elements. Still, the storm raged on, and what a storm it was, snow battered her from every angle and the wind was a huge force that was reluctant to give up its attack against her. Refusing to surrender, she pushed forward at a slow yet constant pace, she was never one to admit defeat so easily. However, she still has a mile or two to go before she reached home, and the thought of that distance made her knees shake more than they already were, there was no way she'd make it in this powerful snowstorm.

So, she ducked into the nearest doorway, releasing a breath she didn't know she was holding, and slumped against the sold brick wall, she was exhausted. Though she was quite unhappy with having admitted defeat, she was pleased with the distance she had already managed in the almost deadly weather. She was entranced by the snow rushing past her safe place, so she did not notice the door open behind her,

"Hello?"

She must have jumped 3 foot in the air, letting out a squeak she quickly turned around with wide eyes, and she met the most beautiful pair she had ever seen. The girl was staring at her with wide eyes, obviously shocked at finding someone on her doorstep, but all she could think about was how gorgeous this strangers eyes were. They were a bright blue, the kind of blue you see in the sky on a perfect summer's day, but they were tinted with an emerald green, resulting in a colour she could only name absolutely stunning.

"umm.. are you okay?"

The girls voice was music to her ears and she couldn't stop herself from watching the wonderfully plump limps form the sentence, and that adorably freckled nose scrunching up in confusion. Her eyes followed the girls hand as she reached up to nervously twirl a strand of strawberry blonde hair. It was only then that she actually processed what the girl was saying, and realised that her mouth was hanging open.

Coughing, she straightened up and brought a hand up to rub the back of her neck,

"O-Oh yeah, s-sorry I'm okay" she managed to stutter out, smiling weakly.

The girl visibly relaxed, and her face broke out into a huge grin, She found it contagious and very soon she was smiling back at the girl just as brightly. The two girls stood grinning at each other for a couple more minutes before the red headed one frowned once again.

"wait, I'm still confused, why are you in my doorway?"

"Oh, I'm sorry, t-the storm, i was cold, i..."

The other girl cut her off, beaming once again, she gestured towards her open door,

"well why didn't you just say, you can come in if you want?"

She stared, was the redhead inviting her, a stranger, into her house? She questioned the sanity of the girl before looking back out into the storm behind her, there was no way she was going back out there, but she couldn't just go inside a strangers house, it was so rude of her. She stopped thinking abruptly, Since when was she one to refuse an offer like that from such a beautiful girl like this?

said girl seemed to smile even wider when she agreed to come inside, she thrust her hand out towards her,

"I'm Anna"

She blinked down at the girls hand before taking it, and smiling at her.

"Elsa."
