Alright, this was actually going to be part of a oneshot I am working on called Red Smeared White though, I realized when I was reading through it today that this scene had nothing actually to do with it... So I put it up as a drabble instead! Yea, I know I'm supposed to be working on another fic, but I couldn't help myself XD The fic Red Smeared White should be up anywhere between now and May if I get around to it, it's about Roxas and Namine, not just Namine.

Dedication: I'm dedicating this fanfic to my sister, Angst lover, who's birthday was yesterday. Happy Birthday Kim!

Authors Note: I hope everyone likes it... I wrote this fic way back in November or December. There are some spoliers for people who haven't played the first 2 hours. Get it? Got it? Good!

Disclaimer: I do not own Kingdom Hearts II.

Everyday

White covered everything in the rather large room, set up in this huge mansion just for her. The old, rundown building that was supposed to be haunted actually had three people living there: a girl, a boy and a man... You could technically say there was also another boy, a dog and a duck-but they weren't really awake.

The girl was locked up all day while the boy and man were free to wander around. Bound to this room of white, she draws all day long. Pencils, markers, crayons, and paint were scattered about the table top from her sketches. The tabletop that one would expect to be smudged by one of these many items actually remained very white still. She took good care to keep her room relatively clean.

She set down her crayon, finding that the picture she had decided to draw today was just too hard to complete. She had already tried drawing it three times today, and with each drawing, she found it harder and harder too actually complete.

Namine wanted to draw a picture of the boy who brought her supplies once in a while, the only one of the three people who left Destiny Island to still not have a Nobody-Riku. She had always wondered what his Nobody would look like, and couldn't help but wonder every day. Would he appear like the leader of the Organization, and have the same hair, eyes, and skin tone as his original, or would he appear very different-like herself or Roxas?

Though she may not look much like her original, she did have the same eyes. That's where she always started with Riku's drawing, his eyes. She slowly worked her way around them, but never truly deciding on a hair color. Red, already being out of the question, left way for brown, black, blond, or maybe even his original color…

She shouldn't be wondering about this anymore, she needed to work on helping Sora regain his memory, and besides that, she was meeting Roxas in the virtual reality again-she didn't have time to think about Riku.

Namine quickly cleaned her desk, placing all her crayons, pencils, markers, and paints all to one side of the table, along with her closed sketchbook.

She glanced out her window where the large courtyard lay in front of her, a forest beyond that and a town hidden behind the tree tops. The sky always twilight above the town, making it always appear fuzzier then it should be from her small view of the town beyond the tree branches. She couldn't help but wonder, what would it be like to be normal? A normal girl with a heart, not bound to darkness, or would never fall into darkness. Just normal. She wished she knew everyday.
