"Black and white…black and white…What the hell did he mean by that!?" Mello yelled with unmistakable frustration and confusion.

"You know, you and Matt are incredibly similar yet at the same time, so different. You two are a sparking resemblance of the phrase 'black and white'," Near commented earlier that day for no particular reason.

Mello stormed around the living room of Matt's apartment. Obviously, like always, Mello let himself in when Matt opened the door and like always, without a fuss, Matt allowed Mello to stomp his way through the front door.
"That damn Near! Always saying things I don't understand!" Mello yelled at the top of his lungs. The only reply Mello received was the faint noises of the PSP that Matt speedily tapped away at and his usual witty remarks, "And you had the chance to succeed L."
"Are you mocking me!?" Mello snapped at Matt.

Mello growled as only the clicking of the PSP buttons answered his words. Truly were these two black and white which was shown not only in fashion but also in their personality. Mello's black skin-tight leather outfit and Matt's loose clothing and white furry vest; Mello's spontaneous outbursts and Matt's calm and mellow mood. Though, despite this black and white appearance, there was always a secret, flaming and sweat-dripping passion in their air, a strong sexual sensation.
