Sofia the First: Enchanted Feast Aftermath

After the Enchanted Feast was over the guests started to leave, some praised Cedric about his morpho mirrors trick leaving Cedric a bit happy, yet Sofia had a feeling her friend was a little bit hurt from the Sasha and Miss Nettle incident. Now she had another reason for disliking the fairy. First, she went after her teachers' spell book then she wanted the amulet but now the most important reason was because Miss Nettle had hurt her friend's loving feelings inside!

With every one of the guests gone everyone in the Castle was not planning to settle down for the night and go to bed. As Sofia walked with her Mentor down the empty hall, the princess began to think of a gentle way to talk to Cedric about tonight. She hoped it worked.

"Mr. Cedric, about tonight… I'm sorry you feel heartbroken about Miss Sasha." Sofia said, using a gentle smile. Cedric glanced down at the striding princess who was trying to up with his pace.

The dark-haired man shrugged it off, pretending he was fine but he wasn't. How dare he fall for that fairy's trick! If he ever saw her again he would remember this day quite clearly. "Well, I've learned my lesson never fall in love with strangers you just met; they just might turn against you."

This made Sofia remember a person who felt for the same trick. "Don't feel too bad Mr. Cedric, you're not the only one who fell for the same trick, in fact Princess Anna did the same thing when she met Prince Hans. You're not the only one in this world who makes mistakes." The sorcerer remembered hearing of the fun-spirited princess, she did indeed do the same thing but unlike him she was anxious for romance.

"Yes but unlike me princess, Princess Anna wasn't too cautious of strangers like I was when I first met you." Sofia gently smiled at him again, her friend need to learn how to keep his guard up but not too much around strangers. All she knew so far was that the sorcerer kept his guard up against the wrong people, one day she somehow need to teach him how to use his feelings to judge if the strangers are good or not like she did but that was for another time; right now he needed her comfort.

"I'm sure you'll be able find a nice woman to marry Mr. Cedric just don't look too badly." Cedric smirked at her comforting words; somehow Sofia always knew how to cheer people up.

"If I'm not able to find anyone then what would you do?" Cedric asked awaiting her answer. He couldn't wait to see what she came up with.

Sofia's face brightened at his question. "Then, I'm just going to have to set you up on a blind date!" She then ran off having her friend to be shocked "No wait princess, I was kidding don't want you to get involved in it!"
