Ok so this is my first story on this site, it's an epilogue of what I think may have/should have happened after The Key, Guardians of Time trilogy. It takes place after everything Matt says is done. By the way it's in third person.
Faces of immortals and mortals sit around a wooden table in Arkarian's chambers. Matt stands up before speaking he glances at everyone around; the named that are alive, the tribunal members that have survived as well.
"Dartemis should be hear any-" he gets cut off by a figure materializing before them. Dartemis, the only sibling left of the three most powerful immortals, appears in the room. Murmurs of greetings and awe are spoken.
"Dartemis, the soulless creatures are eliminated from the Earth. The rips of the worlds have just been repaired." Matt updates
"Good" then adds "After the meeting I will visit my brother, sister and Rochelle."
"My lord, what will you do after that, will you take charge of all of us or will you stay in your realm?"Asks Lord Penbarin, the one question that has been in everyone's mines for awhile.
"I won't, I'm going to go back to my realm with your mom." He looks towards Matt and Isabel and continues "Matt and Arkarian will lead the guard, tribunal members you all will keep your places that you originally had. The named, you will keep your places as you were before as well."
"Dartemis what do you mean go with our mom?"Isabel asks, with Matt wondering too.
"I'll explain later. Right now I want to situate everything else first." Dartemis says. "Matt I see you wish to speak, you may."
Matt then says "My mom."
Dartemis puts up a hand "I said later." then spots Arkarian's thoughts on a subject, "Arkarian what did you wish to say?"
"Isabel and I are going to get married."
This sends Matt into a commotion. "But you can't!"
"After I finish college, for you and mom's sake. Arkarian thinks it might kill you if we before that."Isabel finishes
Matt breathes a sigh of relief thinking about when he and Neriah should.
"Congrats guys!" Jimmy says happily breaking the silence.
"Yeah man!" Dillon says with enthusiasm. Looks of approval from the tribunal are also directed towards Isabel and Arkarian, especially from Lady Arabella.
Lady Devine then pitches wedding ideas with Matt looking like he's about to faint.
"We'll see." Matt says.
"Um, it's my wedding Matt."Isabel smiles happy to have won.
Dartemis then speaks above the happy chatter "I'm going now to visit them for a few minutes. Keep your eyes open still for any remnants of Lathenia's Order and any other suspicious things. Ethan would you like to come for a little?"
Ethan nods and gets up and the two use their wings to teleport to Athens, where the memorials are. Slowly everyone begins to stand up, still shocked of what has happened in past three weeks.
Five years later Arkarian and Isabel are married so are Matt and Neriah. King Richard is still ruling Veridain, the tribunals are still doing what they are doing. The sphere is also being monitored by Shaun. Ethan and the others are doing better after; Ethan is still the saddest with Rochelle's death. Dartemis is living with Matt's mom in his realm. Almost everyone got their happy ending.
Ok so that's what I think may/should have happened. I might make stories though with the characters. I 3 this book!Just saying.
